Sooo, I love, love, love the tree. I purchased the 8ft tree. I wanted to put it in the basement to keep my toddler from bothering it. But the ceilings too low. I have 9ft ceilings in the sitting area where the tree is placed in the picture. It is definitely 8ft. However, you cant put anything on the very tip. You would have to bend it to fix a topper to it. That would put it at about 7.5ft. Once you put on the topper it would most likely bring the tree back to 8+ feet or more depending on the height of the topper. In any case, you get what you pay for! I expected that from all the reviews, which I'm glad I read so that I would not expect more than what I got. I broke it in 2 places assembling right out the box, but it was nothing that you could not fix with household items. With that said, if you are looking for something to last many years then do not buy it. The pole of the entire tree is made out of a flimsy metal that will break with the least bit of pressure. I put the top portion of the tree on and it was heavy. The tree fell over. When I picked it up the bottom pole portion split so that the top would not sit in it anymore. I used some sort of metal clamp that my husband had laying around to close the split in the bottom and put the top back in. I went to put on the second portion and I looked and it had got a little bent from the fall as well. I tried to bend it back and an inch piece broke off. I had to glue it back in to the little white insert piece with some gorilla glue, which worked. But, I lost about an inch from the tree. Not too bad! That was fine. Then I finished opening all the limbs and went to put the very top portion on (It came with 3 pieces) and it looked a little crooked. So, I tried to just position it a tiny bit and I broke it in the middle. Almost in half, but because it was still partially connected, I just put some more gorilla glue in the spot and held it together with a piece of stick and tape. As you can see from the picture the tree looks fine. None of the mendings are showing or noticable at all. If you're heavy handed let someone with delicate hands handle the tree. It's a very nice tree for the price. The only thing wrong is that the metal is so feather weight. It may last 2 xmas' but I would not expect any longer than that. All in all a very nice tree. I would definitely recommend it.

For the price, I thought, why not?! My kids like a white tree but they're getting older and may not even be here this year, so I thought why spend a fortune on another pre-lit tree? Saw this, was a little hesitant based on reviews, but it arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier! First, I'm not sure how they squished it together so much that it fit into a maybe 3' tall box that wasn't very wide. My first thought was yikes! this is going to be tiny. But, after I unpacked it and set it up (very easy), I realized that yes, it is a little shorter and less full than my last tree, but once the needles were fluffed out, it looked great. It's definitely NOT a Charlie Brown tree. Whoever posted the picture of it with lots of space in between the branches must never have used an artificial tree before. You have to pull the individual branches apart and fluff them up to make it look full (maybe 1/2 hr time). I like that the branch arms can be bent a little and moved around to suit your preference, instead of the fixed arm position I've been used to with past models. I'm only 5'2" and I can easily reach the top of this "6" foot tree to put a star on top - so I'm not sure that it's actually 6 feet tall. But if you have a smaller space, this tree is perfect and I'm so happy that I took a chance on it. If I can update my listing with the finished product, I will. But, I wanted to post this now for those of you looking for a replacement in time for Christmas. Don't walk, run, and buy this tree!

I was pleasantly surprised by this tree. It is a cheap tree and it was a lot of work to put up, but the end result is pretty decent. The tree is pretty full and for the price I paid, I'm really not mad at the work I put in. Now this tree isn't like others where you just connect the three parts, the branches flop out, and all you have to do is fluff out the white branches. No, this tree is a beauty and a pain. The beauty is you can precisely arrange every white branch and every steel wire that attaches all the branches exactly where you want. The pain is you have to arrange every single part. This tree comes in three parts with a white stand at the bottom. The tree is pretty light and can easily be knocked over. I suggest the easiest way to set up the tree is to arrange and fluff the white branches as you go. Put the bottom 1st part into the stand, arrange the steel wire branches, then fluff out the white branches. The steel wires are bendable and you bend them to where you want them. The white branches attached to the steel wire are numerous, but it makes the tree full. I was walking in a well known shopping store looking at the trees and noticed the high price tags. The trees weren't really that full. Not as full as this one. This one has more white branches, though it is more cone shaped being narrower towards the top. I think it will be less noticeable once you add your garland, ribbons, ornaments, and such. The bottom branches were pretty wrinkled coming out of the box, but this isn't noticeable as it is more towards the center pole. Overall, decent buy if you don't mind the work.

The tree does NOT match the photo/ descriptions. The only way of returning is dropping it off at UPS and the audacity to charge $8 while i’m driving to the destination and the tree is bad quality and has barely any bristles on it. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY IT

i love this tree and am sooo glad i got it this past christmas! the pre-lit one i've used for years stopped working, and i decided to get one without lights since i've had so many issues with them going out and trying to fix them in the past! this one is a great replacement! it is plenty full and is super easy to assemble. unfortunately it came without the stand the first time i ordered, but that was clearly a fluke, because i was able to ship the other one back and the new one came with the stand with no issues!

I like the tree for what it is, but it is not 5 feet tall. It's closer to 4 feet tall. I don't like that the branches are not on a hinge so they easily fall into place. Having bend and unbend the branches, this tree will not last long. It was easy to put together and when you fluff the branches, it looks full. Also, it was supposed to be delivered next day, which another reason I chose to order it, but it took 4 days.

I originally ordered this for Christmas and when my item arrived I had a piece missing. It was left out of my box. Customer service immediately was on top of it. They rushed me out the missing piece just in time to meet my holiday schedule I purchased it for. This tree was and is gorgeous when you take the time to “fluff” it correctly. It is very full when it is also positioned properly on each level where it meets the core. If you bend each level correctly and shape the tree before fluffing each and every branch it is a full lush tree. You have to take the time & put in the effort to fluff or shape each and every branch to get the lush full tree look in the pic. I made an all crystal iridescent tree this year with minor accents being iridescent acrylic. This tree was gorgeous with luminous crystals and all iridescent accents. Be sure to lace lights through it or place them on the tree before & after you fluff or shape each branch to get the lush full look I achieved. The customer service was above and beyond! For this it was 5 stars even without the great bonus of having a terrific looking very practical priced tree! Thank you Nico!

Well Well Well the tree from hell. The 2 good things about the tree was the height and the color. I should've known better to get a tree that cost, I think $20. But I saw some nice looking trees for $20 so I said why not. smh .big mistake, open the box nicely, pull everything out, go to put the tree together everything was good until i started to fluff the branches out and one by one they were coming out. So I stopped and I tried to put some ornaments on the branches I didn't touch. Why did the whole branch come off? I looked at my dog and she looked at me like what do you want me to do. TO be honest as I'm writing this I was going to give it one star but don't like raiding things by telling people my expertise I had because you might have had a better outcome then I did. so i hope this made some yell laugh and if not oh well but to be real the tree I GOT SUCK. Oh i didn't return it me and my husband fixed branches so everything turned out just fine
