Many reviewers say the "breaks" don't work. (The "breaks" people also butcher "to, too, and two"). These brakes operate exactly as designed, not to slow down or stop a moving rollator, but intended to anchor the thing after it is completely stopped. Purpose - so that if you are standing in front of it, intending to sit down, it does not roll backward all by itself just as you are almost seated, dumping you on the floor. The quality of construction is the best you will find anywhere. I don't see how they could deliver a product this good at the price they wanted. When used as a walker support, pushed by the owner from the rear, the owner can flip the seat back support so he can sit down from the rear just to rest a bit. But if he is being pushed by another person, he can rotate the support for his feet to the front to prevent his feet them from scraping on the concrete. To do that, he must flip the seat back support before he sits down, and then walk around to the front to sit down. The support for the rider's feet can be removed in 2 seconds. If the rollator is being used in the home, where it is being used without pushing help from another person, the foot support can be put in a cardboard box in the car trunk, for use on another day for going down hospital corridors. The media could not be loaded. The product is lightweight and easy to use. It can be used as a walker or if you get tired you can sit in it and rest as a walker or have someone push you around and use it as a wheelchair. It is definitely helpful to have a walker that you can use as seat when necessary. It's not overly comfortable which wouldn't be expected with this model. The backrest is higher too so if you are short it will hit your upper back. The negative is the foot rests don't stay secure and pop out blocking entrance into narrow doorways unless you lean over to move them back. But then they don't stay and kick out again. Very frustrating and not easy to lean over and wonder what they door or store shelf they will knock something over or block next. I should have returned it and just tooled around a wheelchair that doesn't come apart although this is much lighter weight than a wheelchair. It does collapse very easily and is easy to lift in and out of the car. ... show more

This is a very good item, came as expected, good quality overall. Small problem after folding a few times, the ring used (underneath) to fold pulled apart, very flimsy. Not a big enough problem to stop me from buying again.

Walker brakes don't work even when in locked position. The foot pedals don't stay in the upright position when not in use. When using for transport chair it is extremely hard to push. We purchased this piece of junk on January 15, 2023 for an upcoming trip and didn't use it right away. So, we are now 14 days beyond the 30 day return deadline and out of luck. I am very pleased with this product. At 290 lbs, heavy set woman in my late 50's this chair is very easy to open and close, it's extremely sturdy and I have ample seating room. The only con is the seat needs to have some type of cushion. I have to place a piece of foam on the edge of the seat because it is rough and it hurts the back of my knees without it. ... show more

This was purchased for a man that was 6 ft 2, and 180 lb, it was extremely uncomfortable for him. It worked fine on flat ground... But on the pavement, the wheels would stick, Wheels will lock, and if you're still pushing from the back, the entire wheelchair almost flips over.. It was also uncomfortable for him to sit in, because it didn't have any place for him to put his arms. I think they was a better options, that we should have chosen ... show more

This needs to be assembled and the directions aren't really thorough, but after thinking it thru and looking at pictures on the website, we managed it. However, there were no directions on how to fold it! After a while we figured out that you pull the strap that runs across the seat. The extra bag is nice but can fall off easy. There are no directions on how to keep the foot rests from falling down..finally I saw Velcro straps for them. Mom loves it, it's easy for her to walk and I would highly recommend this but read my directions above. ... show more
