Many reviewers say the "breaks" don't work. (The "breaks" people also butcher "to, too, and two"). These brakes operate exactly as designed, not to slow down or stop a moving rollator, but intended to anchor the thing after it is completely stopped. Purpose - so that if you are standing in front of it, intending to sit down, it does not roll backward all by itself just as you are almost seated, dumping you on the floor. The quality of construction is the best you will find anywhere. I don't see how they could deliver a product this good at the price they wanted. When used as a walker support, pushed by the owner from the rear, the owner can flip the seat back support so he can sit down from the rear just to rest a bit. But if he is being pushed by another person, he can rotate the support for his feet to the front to prevent his feet them from scraping on the concrete. To do that, he must flip the seat back support before he sits down, and then walk around to the front to sit down. The support for the rider's feet can be removed in 2 seconds. If the rollator is being used in the home, where it is being used without pushing help from another person, the foot support can be put in a cardboard box in the car trunk, for use on another day for going down hospital corridors. Bought this for my 90yr old mother as she is using a cane and needed something better to get around with, especially when out shopping. She loves it and very easy to put inside her car and get out. Love the seat when she gets tired or just wants to sit down. So simple to put together and we use without the foot rests but keeping in case she needs later. ... show more

It is definitely helpful to have a walker that you can use as seat when necessary. It's not overly comfortable which wouldn't be expected with this model. The backrest is higher too so if you are short it will hit your upper back. The negative is the foot rests don't stay secure and pop out blocking entrance into narrow doorways unless you lean over to move them back. But then they don't stay and kick out again. Very frustrating and not easy to lean over and wonder what they door or store shelf they will knock something over or block next. I should have returned it and just tooled around a wheelchair that doesn't come apart although this is much lighter weight than a wheelchair. It does collapse very easily and is easy to lift in and out of the car. ... show more

This needs to be assembled and the directions aren't really thorough, but after thinking it thru and looking at pictures on the website, we managed it. However, there were no directions on how to fold it! After a while we figured out that you pull the strap that runs across the seat. The extra bag is nice but can fall off easy. There are no directions on how to keep the foot rests from falling down..finally I saw Velcro straps for them. Mom loves it, it's easy for her to walk and I would highly recommend this but read my directions above. ... show more

Walker brakes don't work even when in locked position. The foot pedals don't stay in the upright position when not in use. When using for transport chair it is extremely hard to push. We purchased this piece of junk on January 15, 2023 for an upcoming trip and didn't use it right away. So, we are now 14 days beyond the 30 day return deadline and out of luck. Nice size but my breaks don’t work. I bought because I had ankle surgery and can’t move around very well. I did fall because I tried the locks and they in fact did not work.
