I bought this for my husband to use after spending 4 months in the hospital after getting Covid19 and being placed on a ventilator as well as suffering 2 strokes while in the hospital. He is 47 and had to learn to walk and do basic daily tasks all over again, this transport chair is awesome there is only 2 things I would change about it. It had hard plastic wheels not rubber like a normal wheelchair which makes it harder to get over door frames or carpet to hard flooring, when it comes to these and your loved one is in it the chair/walker will halt suddenly instead of gliding over like a wheelchair does. The other thing is balance please be very attentive with your loved one while they get up from this as it will tip forward if they normally need to push up to get in a standing position. Other than these 2 things this is a great walker/chair combo however I would use it for someone who has more stability/endurance.

This needs to be assembled and the directions aren't really thorough, but after thinking it thru and looking at pictures on the website, we managed it. However, there were no directions on how to fold it! After a while we figured out that you pull the strap that runs across the seat. The extra bag is nice but can fall off easy. There are no directions on how to keep the foot rests from falling down..finally I saw Velcro straps for them. Mom loves it, it's easy for her to walk and I would highly recommend this but read my directions above.

It’s very hard to push when used as a wheelchair. U It’s very hard to push when used as a wheelchair. It dumps the rider forward every little bump or doorstep. Dangerous. When trying to return it cost a fortune & you have to cover it even though you’re a Prime member!

As a walker I do recommend this product. I’ve had it just over 1 yeer & it’s past time to be put to the junk yard. The brakes no longer work which is unfortunate bcuz I fall quite often (I have MS & spinal stenosis), and I used to be able to rely on the brakes to stop a full ground fall & make it to the seat. Now it just tolls away. As a wheelchair, do not bother. It’s not comfortable nor does it feel secure enuff to be pushed around in. Godforbid the person assisting u loses grip & u go rolling.. (happend to me on a day I was totally unable to walk.. scary). I woud recommend this for home use only.

I’ve had this product around 2.5 months now. I mainly use it for taking walks with my family. We have used it as a wheelchair a few times. Obviously a flat surface is ideal. But it also works on. Older side walks and roads. Just be careful not to dump the person you are transporting as there are no real hand rails on the chair itself. Tires are sturdy. My heaviest weight was 225. I’m down to 190 now. This is a product I will highly recommend

This mobility device was a little larger than I expected, but in a good way! Very easy to push and Precise movement. Durable without being too heavy or difficult to use. Especially for spine issues or severe rheumatoid arthritis! Back support falls at just the right place for support when sitting on it. Highly recommend this!!
