Does not come with directions; ink just poured out the bottom. The tabs where the chip is mounted are not well designed and it's difficult to get the chip (from original Epson cartridges) aligned and securely in place. Can I use the chips from the original cartridges? Do I need to "reset" them? How do I do that? Can I buy disposable chips? Where can I buy disposable chips? Do you sell "chipless firmware" or can you tell me how to get that? Seller does not have web site and does not seem to offer any support or help. What a disappointment. ... show more

    • No air holes
Cartridges arrived fast and fit my xp-15000 and filled fine but my issue is that once you remove the tape for the air holes there’s no hole there for the ink to flow out.

    • Pour the ink, and all of it will pour out the bottom of your printer, and short out your printer.
Buyers Beware! When you fill it, it will pour out from the bottom with no stoppage. I filled the cartridge half way, and all of it came out the bottom of my printer making a big puddle of ink all over my table. The printer was dripping ink out the bottom. When I removed the cartridge there was no ink left in the cartridge. Literally all of it poured out the bottom when the printer was idle. This will case the ink to short out your motherboard or other electronics inside the printer and will destroy your printer where replacement will be required. It’s totally irresponsible for the seller to continue to sell a product that does not work, and will short out your printer. ... show more

Not good for dtf transfer ciss . No proper ink flow. My cartridges ummmmmm overflown within 2 minutes. If you have a simple sublimation printer , this would be more ideal .
