Little disappointed because I misjudged what I was looking at, this isn't for 1/10 scale, a little smaller than that kinda like wpl rc vehicles size, only reason I gave 5 stars because the product was accurate and seemed nice quality, I think to fix the issue. I'll pick up a smaller rc to put this in and see what fun I can get.

I bought this for my latrax Teton to run 2s lipo. So far so good. I was worried at first impression because it was slow to respond to throttle and I saw some other similar comments. I thought I'd need a program card to fix it but I found a video that said to swap 2 of the wires going to the motor. Since this is a NON Sensored motor, it's OK. After doing that everything was fine. It does have some trouble getting started spinning if there is much resistance in grass or other surfaces but when it's going it's quick!

The media could not be loaded. Run! I ordered four different kits. All four had defective speed controllers. I tested by using an older esc which then the motor worked great. I needed all of it to work because my test esc belongs to a different rc car. I did order a program card, which did connect to the esc. I tried ramping up takeoff and all tried making changes to improve acceleration but nothing helped. The car stutters and has no punch or acceleration. Barely could run in short grass. The other rc is identical and has same size motor and tears it up. Does burnouts and etc…. These kits I think you could stop with a leaf. I reached out to customer service through chat. They offered a partial refund so I could buy just a replacement esc here as well. I was going to do that but then couldn’t get back to that conversation. That part is not their fault rather a fault of this system. Since I had just purchased I just did a return. I got 4 all together all with the same issue. This is the same kit I ordered back in 2019 which rocked. The esc’s have changed since then apparently not for the better. Buyer beware, I won’t buy this brand again. I’m not sure if it was just this batch or all but not worth the headache. The company had also offer to mail me just esc’s but it may take a month to get, no thanks.

Price was very reasonable. I just wanted the ESC and the motor but "turned" out the servo fit and worked great! It's definitely over kill for a 9in Jet boat! I put a little bit too much juice and fried one. Got a second one on the way. Update 7/24: servo just left the chat. ESC is still running strong. I'm not going to change my review rating. You get what you pay for and for what I paid I'm not disappointed. I don't think I would have had any issues of this wasn't ran in a marine environment and stayed within the power rating. Still 5 stars here.

Good high end speed but no low end torque still fun with 1/18 buggy but cogs at start even used program card did not fix problem still fast and fun just not off the line better for street racing not off-road rips

I put this set up in my RedCat volcano18 1/18 , and it's fast . What I didn't like was the steering servo is to big for most 1/18 applications

High power and torque perfect for WPL C44KM ! climbing debris or flat out running with power set at 75% on transmitter it will pull wheely across the room and at 25% it will crawl at a snails pace! I bought a 2nd one for my WPL b16 6x6 with same results will be buying more in near future!
