We keep a box of stuffed-, crinkle-, squeaky-, chew-toys for our 6-month-old puppy to play with. He's a mixed rottweiler/doberman breed so he can be a bit obsessed sometimes. Now that he's getting his "big dog" teeth, this is his go-to, favorite toy and the first that he pulls out of his toy box every evening. For that reason, I'd give it a five-star review. However, the stitching along the back is coming undone and the stuffing is visible. He's completely chewed off the ears, and he kept eating the red felt decorations on the head and tail (so I trimmed it close to the body of the toy). I'll have to hand-sew the back seam to retain the stuffing in the toy. Sure glad it's washable as it's been played with so much and it's yucky with dog-teething juices. Clever design making the rope pieces criss-cross through the body so the dogs can't pull them out when they chew. I just tug one end of a rope piece to re-adjust the arm/hands and legs/feet.

Bought this about a year ago when I first got my golden retriever. After a year of abuse it's only lost one arm and the wings. It's his favorite toy.

Great Dane/Pit bull resistant. It took my dog almost 2 weeks to separate the toy into pieces. The good news is that the pieces 2 months later are still holding up against his vicious teeth. He still brings me the toy so I can see him try to rip it apart.

I will have to say this toy is not indestructible, it lasted 12 days, so that is why I gave it 4 stars. That being said, it earned its 4 stars by having a squeaky ball inside as a bonus toy after having to take the stuffing out. I think this is great because it is too big for a frenchie to eat, unlike those other tiny squeakers, which decreases the risk of an expensive surgery. Two in one and safer than other squeakers, genius!
