I'm happy with the phone, I came from the cult followed LG v60 , and went threw 3 of those threw the yrs , and was hesitant to change brands. But I'm glad I did , no downfalls except no headphone jack , took a couple days to learn it, and get everything switched over. I've only had it a few days so no long term results. Update after a few days , all has been good except the screen/display dims to almost unreadable in the sunlight , seems to be heat related, I've turned off all the adaptive settings , and it still dims the screen on its own, there is a u-tube video showing the top phones in direct sunlight and how the phones react I've now read a few forum's I guess this is common .some brands worse then others, this thing is going back ... show more

They sent me a damaged phone the screen started turning black as soon as I turned it on. The touch screen didn't work I couldn't use it at all. When I sent it back they charged me $99 for the screen said it was my fault when I wasn't able to even hook it up. They send you defective phone and charge you for returning it.
