The excellent seller The Network Store in MA shipped it FedEx overnight to AZ and it actually arrived the next day. Battery only lasted 6 to 7 hours. Trying to return. Called Network and their parent company wouldn't put me thru. Network has special requirements for return and I called to get help and make sure I met those requirements so my return would go thru with no problems. Not too hot on these people

Was sceptical of buying a used phone. So far I'm very happy with it. Battery was 94% of health. It only had one very small scratch that you could see from the advertised distance. Works perfectly and hopefully don't have to use the year warranty.

The camera lens area has a chip in it not on the lense but it's there even though it was catergorized as renew premium. I have read other reviews that stated the same thing. I was disappointed in that everything else was wonderful though. Shipping was on time I paid more for premium renewed and I was expecting it to be like brand new out of the box and with that chip I did not get it. But not a deal breaker I will not send it back but I wanted to warn anyone else with these expectations. UPDATE So I put a glass screen protector on the phone and noticed a void on the right hand side of the screen. I thought no big deal must be a bad screen cover so I tried another with the same result. So I position it just right and saw it actually had a defect in the screen not broken but indentation in it. Never would have seen it if not for the glass screen protector. Not necessarily something a inspection would have caught beforehand. But I am just putting this out there so everyone else can look out for it. The phone performed beautifully and if not for the aesthetic issue i would have kept it. But premium renewed isn't any better than renewed excellent! I purchased a excellent renewed after this one from a different seller and had no issues at all. Basically got a new phone. Won't speak to pixel phones as I assume if you are here you have gotten this information from elsewhere. But the phone came fast looking like new, I was even able to use the one year trial of Google pro.
