Ordered 8 Pro in May, started using in July, from the start, phone constantly drops mobile signal, unable to stream audio, manual restart plays the same segment, phone stops streaming, manual restart replays same segment, over and over. Timing the drops, often happened every 30 seconds while laying flat on the kitchen counter, sometimes every 2-3 minutes, somtimes much longer intervals. None of the recommended settings or troubleshooting steps resolved the problem, returned phone after migrating from old to new and back, old to new and back again. LOTS of work and meticulous backup/restore. AT&T cell coverage map shows 5g. Ordered a Pixel 9 in August, IDENTICAL issues out of the box, mobile fluctuates from no bars to half a bar to one bar, often dropping completely. After droid 16 update, mobile improved to 2 bars, still unable to stream audio only (no video) without constant stop and start, repeated setting and troubleshooting steps without fixing the problem. 30+ hours troubleshooting and with tech support on both phones without success. Something is really wrong with the newest Pixel hardware or software. And the overload of bloatware running in background mode eats battery daily. Returning the Pixel 9 this week, going back to old phone for the THIRD time, Pixel 5 works way better than either the 8 Pro or 9. So sad. ... show more

    • Beware buying new phones on Amazon unless you can verify the country of purchase beforehand
Had many issues with the phone out of the box that took a couple of months to resolve. As I was finally getting to like it I had a drop that did no apparent damage to the phone other than it simply won't do anything. There is a slight vibration if you press the power button and hold it. I wanted to get support from Google but they informed me that the IMEI showed the phone was purchased in Australia and then resold to me in the US. Google won't honor the warranty because of that. I've had the phone less than 5 months. I reached out to Amazon about it and after explaining the situation was my case was being escalated to a concern team and they would reply in 24 hours. It is over 120 hours now and I haven't gotten a reply. So I recommend anyone buying a new phone from a seller on Amazon DO NOT do so unless you can verify the original country of purchase. ... show more

Somebody definitely owns this before me because it has a lot of issues and it's supposed to be refurbished? Of course, after the return day it starts to act up. Even plugging it into my car. This item came promptly, looks brand new for a refurbished phone. Only complaint was I ordered a green one and a black one came, but I needed to purchase a new case so bought a bright colored one so I could find easily in my purse. Transfer from my old phone was really ( Pixel 6 Pro) easy

Es un celular increíble y que excelentes fotografías las que toma, el rendimiento es increíble. La duración de la batería es más o menos, con un poco uso te ajusta para la noche pero al usarlo bastante se descarga muy rápido y la carga es un poco lenta
