It took a while for my phone to arrive but that looks to have been an issue with the United States postal service and not with the seller. It came with a SIM ejection tool and a USB-C cable with a USB-C to USB adapter on the other end. I had to do some research with dual SIM as I wasn't sure which one to use for my SIM card (FYI if only using one SIM card then go ahead and use SIM 1). This is an amazing phone and I would recommend buying it refurbished over brand new. I love the frequency of updates provided by Google and good photographer (I almost never have to take another photo). About 6-7 hours on screen time before needing to charge the phone. Battery power lasts longer on Wi-Fi and doesn't last as long on 5g. I usually have to charge after work but on weekends usually only charge it at night. I recommend slow charging where possible as it can get warm fast charging up to about 60%. At night I'll put it on my slow wireless charger to have it fully charged in the morning. ... show more

Pixel 7 arrived quickly and looks almost brand new, a few scuffs on the corners but to be expected with a refurbished phone and easily covered with a phone case. Screen was in excellent condition no scratches whatsoever. Would buy from this seller again.

The phone is very clean - almost new condition. Only snag is that I had to do a factory reset before I could load the info from my Pixel 6a. I spent a couple of hours going round and round until I reset the phone - then everything loaded as expected. I couldn't wire the two phones together because I didn't have the adapter to put on the end of the USB cord so I used the proximity method to transfer all the files and settings. I am simply amazed about all the things this phone can do, I used to buy Samsung Galaxy but nowadays it is was too overpriced, even second hand phones. I received my 2nd hand Pixel 7 as good as new, with zero physical damage, and I can tell you there is nothing it can envy on a higher end phone.

The media could not be loaded. When first purchased (8/23) screen covered in scratches. Product was sold as "new." I would've bought one in "fair" condition for $150 cheaper if I was going to replace the screen anyway. Update (2/24): product will not turn on or charge.
