If NO stars was an option that is what I would rate it. I ordered this phone in March 2026 and have NEVER been able to fully set it up. I cannot receive texts or scroll unless I am in my home. The seller is NO help. It was sold as unlocked. However, it is incompatible with my carrier. After reaching out to the seller, amazon, the carrier and google, I just learned that the device is registered in Great Britain and the warranty expired on May 10, 2025....almost a year before I bought the phone. I really wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing. I loved my Pixel 3. Sadly, the Pixel 7 was a major headache. I feel like I was scammed. Very disappointed that no support is offered to the purchaser and the seller is not accountable at all. ... show more

This is a unlocked phone, it worked for me and I just bought it, it's definitely worth the money the fingerprint reader is awesome and I do love how big the screen is my last phone was 6.1 inches and this is 6.3 inches

    • Works fine. Switched fine. Unsure how long this will last.
Honestly, so far this phone has been great. I use Straight Talk and I was able to put my sim into the phone and connect straight away. If it some how becomes bad or I have to return it, I'll come to edit my post. But for now, I will enjoy my new phone.

Placed my GSM SIM in the phone and was promptly informed SIM1 NOT ALLOWED. Called Amazon, furious, was given $25 and free return. Mine came sealed in original packaging, with a Verizon sim installed. Before turning it on, I installed my Xfinity sim and it activated fine. Based on the other reviews, I took a chance, but I assume mine was actually unlocked.
