    • Pretty Good, But Experienced Battery Failure After About 2 Years
I bought 2 of these on March 9, 2023 (almost exactly 2 years ago) for $271.90 each. They were renewed so we were initially kind of skeptical, but the battery life was fine and everything else was perfectly functional on the phone, you couldn't even tell they were used. In December 2024 one of the phone's screen started popping out and a sweet smell emitted from the device, indicating battery swelling / failure. So that one lasted about 1 year 9 months. As I'm writing this review (March 7, 2025), the other one is also starting to smell like cotton candy. This is indicative of one of the Lithium battery cells "leaking" and emitting gas or fumes. Unbeknownst to me, these can be dangerous and can also lead to a fire if the battery explodes. I guess it's pretty standard for phones to last or be used for around 1-2 years before people upgrade, but I'm not someone who upgrades often and needs the next best thing, so I would have kept using this phone for a long time. I guess, ultimately, it was sort of a good purchase, and a 1 star review might be unnecessary, but a reason I wanted to rate it 1 star is for the people that always sort by the 1 star reviews so they can watch out for this sort of failure and be prepared. ... show more

I have had the Google pixel 6 before and loved it should have never got a different phone so I got a new one from here and I love it the only problem is I can not plug a phone charger in the port it will not charge but think god it has wireless charging so I may take it my self to get the port fixed

Obtuve el pixel 6 256gb Renewed. Lo pedí el 5 de enero y llegó el día 11 hacia Perú. Fue rápido. Llegó en una caja genérica pero bien protegida. Adentro tenía un cargador de Motorola (adaptador y cable), pero no valido su originalidad, mucho menos del cable porque sus acabados no eran limpios. Al usarlo, el cabezal se calentaba mucho y la carga era lenta. Opté por no usarlo por precaución. Suelo usar para carga normal uno de Xiaomi pero para carga rápida de 30w, uso de una iMac. Con este último demora aprox 1:20 (no tengo el tiempo exacto) desde 10% al 100% Pedí el celular renewed en perfecto estado y cumplió con eso, sin rayones ni golpes, en perfecto estado físico. Como se puede ver en el video, tenía una mica de protección temporal simple, supongo que por el envío, para evitar rayaduras en el transporte, agradezco eso. Después de 1 mes de uso y un poco más, puedo decir que ha sido una buena compra. Al principio la batería me duraba poco, o tal vez estaba siendo muy exigente con ello. Pero con el paso de las semanas, su duración ha sido mucho más eficiente, haciendo un aproximado de 6 horas y 30 min de pantalla (7 horas como máximo) desde el 100% hasta un 10%. Lo uso para WhatsApp, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitch, Netflix y un poco de la cámara. Una debilidad que puedo resaltar, es que en las noches y en modo oscuro, se ve una mancha verde interna. Pero viendo otras reseñas, es error en la fabricación del celular. Realmente no me molesta tanto como para haber hecho una devolución. También vi reseñas sobre el sensor de huella dactilar, si bien a veces no lee cuando mi dedo está un poco sucio, demora unos 0.2 segs más de lo habitual a comparación de otros celulares. Actualmente uso hidrogel, próximamente cambiaré a cristal. Pero realmente no me molesta. Su punto fuerte es la cámara (la amo), tiene excelente calidad en fotos y videos. No la uso mucho por mi trabajo. Resalto mucho la calidad que tiene al subir contenido (stories) a Instagram, me tiene impresionada. Nada que envidiar a un iPhone ( opinión personal). I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and am happy to say that it is working as expected. Battery capacity is good. I did notice a bit of lag when using multiple apps simultaneously but that does not happen often. It has some small scratches at the back of the phone but it doesn't bother me since it's refurbished. The first time I ordered this phone, they sent out a Verizon version which is the version I didnt want because the bootloader is not unlockable. If you dont care about the bootloader being unlocked and are going to rock the stock OS, don't worry too much about it. But be sure to check the IMEI number of the phone you receive at iunlocker.com to see which variant you have. If you plan on installing e.foundation, Calyx or Graphene, You woont be able to install on the Verizon variant. I wish the sellers would be more forthright with the model numbers and check them properly. If a listing says Global model or International model, you still might get a Verizon variant. It would help if the sellers IMEI checked the phone for Verizon, ATT or Tmobile before sending them out, it would save on returns. ... show more

Had it for a while. Worked fine. Even when I bought it a year ago it was a little dated. Can take a good picture in the perfect conditions. However about 8 months in the screen started lifting and in the car when connected to Bluetooth the phone got really hot, and I have to hold it to the AC a lot. It's around the time the phone was getting hot I noticed the screen started lifting. Around the same time, while the phone was hot, I noticed the battery life fell off a cliff. Today my screen and my phone are removable for airflow I guess and in case I need to take a look. Served well for a year and for the price. ... show more
