I was skeptical at first with some of the poor reviews I was reading, but took a chance on my luck based off of other 5 star reviews and took into consideration that more than likely consumers were complaining and leaving bad reviews about the smallest flaw. I knew I was purchasing a used phone, it comes with the territory....not every item is gonna be spotless. My biggest concerns were, all I need is a functional, working, unlocked phone. Just like the title states, I received just that. I did a inspection of the hardware and found nothing wrong. Battery, speakers, buttons and functionally all pass. This phone came from a reliable source and we'll trusted. They also provide a warranty and return policy. It's a win win sistuation. Cosmetically, it's has a some minor scuffs on the perimeter and 2 small hair line scratch es and screen, which is undetectable . All the cosmetics mentioned are reasonable and expected. Want a new phone, pay the NEW price. Want a 8.5-9.0 out of 10 for 1/3 of new price, buy this.

I needed a larger screen size than my 5.5" LeEco Pro3 and this fits the bill as well as delivering better performance and features. So far I absolutely enjoy the device and haven't really found any 'cons' for me... just 'pros': *6" screen size *fast processor and performance with sufficient RAM *latest Android OS updates are very good and solid *USB-C charger port is great and charges quickly with relative adapter/charger *internal wifi and mobile network radios are good quality and get solid, strong signal - better than my Moto, LeEco, and Samsung phones Sweet deal for the price and quality... when updates are no longer supported by Google I'll likely just wait another year to upgrade to a newer model with extended support. (btw, switched from T-Mobile to Mint for the price and quality of service... Mint is a MVNO using T-Mobile towers/service/voicemail but only certain frequencies. With wifi calling and data at home, the 8GB plan is more than enough each month for less than half what I was paying for T-Mobile. This phone rocks with it.)

The phone was shipped (Pixel 2 XL Black/White 64gb) and received exactly when it was supposed to. Box was a bit flimsy, but it was wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap and no discernable damage was done to the device. Upon unboxing I found the device covered in a plastic wrap on the front and back. There were no visible scratches or marks on the body of the phone, and very minute scratches on the phone screen (only visible at an angle under direct light). It came packaged with a USB A power adapter (5VDC 2.1amp) and a USB-A to USB-C 3ft cord. I can't speak to the quality, however, as I opted to use my other charger from another Pixel device as it's OEM from Google, and provides the correct Power Delivery standard for the device. The device also came charged at 87% Upon turning the device on it was ready for setup, and unlocked as listed. I inserted my SIM (AT&T) and it was recognized after a few seconds. I proceeded through setup with no problems and the device was active on the network. At this point, the only true flaw is a small area of burn-in on the very bottom of the screen, likely from the navigation bar. It wasn't noticeable at first, but I use the gesture navigation and when the screen is all white you can see it there at the bottom. It's a bit distracting, but for the price ($154 at purchase) I don't feel like it's a deal breaker. So far all hardware and software are fully functional and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this phone thinking that it was Google and not a bad buy. I only had a 90 day warranty on this phone, I purchase it in January and now in May the phone has static, I am not able to dial properly, and the sound is in & out, I don't how this phone could have been refurbished and checked and have this problem. By the way the phone was not cheap. I will not buy a refurbished phone again no matter what company backs it. A waste of money. Now I have to get another new phone is less thn 6 months

For the price I'm paying I believe the screen should be in good condition Mint Condition it's very very scratched I'm not happy with the phone there's two indentations on the top corners on the front left side on the front right side I believe that's where they pried it open there's noticeable and of course the Thousand or more plus scratches on the screen not happy.

Very good phone for the prize... easy to use.. initially struggled little bit.. some Apps are not 100% matching with iPhone apps... like FB app..but still a good phone!!! Would like to use it for long time... will see... received as if new phone!!!

Amazon states that their Amazon Renewed products have been inspected and tested by to work and look like new. However this Pixel 2 XL did not come with the stock USB-C rapid charger instead it came with a generic charger which charges the device very slowly. The greatest issue however has to be the several large and highly visible scratches at the top, middle and bottom of the screen; far from the ' look like new' claim by Amazon. Very disappointed in Amazon quality control.

Phone's condition is decent. I can see small scratches on screen but only if phone is off and I hold it up to light. Small spec of dirt under bottom speaker. It doesn't effect sound but looks kinda ugly. And I do not know what the battery of a perfectly new pixel 2xl is but this one drains pretty darn quick. Everything else works as intended though
