I did not even open the package. After I ordered I read many customer reviews and discovered this is Carrier Unlocked phone, not GSM unlocked. carrier unlocked phones may or may not work on certain carriers. I use my phone both in the US and abroad, so a carrier unlocked is a NO GO for me. Carrier unlocked phones are always less valuable. Most selling platforms require sellers to prominently indicate locked status, Locked, Carrier Unlocked or GSM/Factory Unlocked. Apparently, Amazon does not. Not providing this information does not make sense. It just leads to unnecessary returns. Can't understand? I read reviews from several buys who did not found out until they took the phone to their provider. UNNECESSARY FRUSTRATION FOR EVERYONE. SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR A LOT OF SHIPPING BACK AND FORTH!!! ... show more

What a deal! Saved hundreds of dollars by going with a "renewed model", and while that can always be a gamble, I ended up with a model is PERFECT condition. Battery history showed 1 power cycle. Only difference between this and brand new was the packaging! I did run into a bit of a problem trying to transfer from a Verizon physical SIM to an eSIM. The auto transfer didn't work during initial setup and I was directed to the Verizon website. When I tried putting in the primary eSIM ID number, I was told it was not compatible, but the secondary eSIM was. I tried going through the Verizon website to get it transferred, but the website kept trying to push me to a more expensive plan. I got in the chat queue to get it sorted, and while waiting, I tried doing a SIM transfer again. And guess what.... it worked perfectly. The eSIM went to the primary slot, I didn't have to change plans, and didn't actually have to talk to Verizon. I saw others talking about issues with getting eSIMs to work, but I am guessing in a lot of situations, a solution is there even if takes some troubleshooting. Definitely worth it for a great phone at a cheap pricce. ... show more

It came a day late but was exactly what I ordered and I had my service switched in 10 mins. I was on mint mobile which is T-Mobile network. It was seamless. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or or blemishes. It came in a box with one USBC cord. So far it's working really well. I've only had it for 24 hours. I would buy again. It was definitely unlocked when it arrived. You should be aware though that they make you sign for the delivery. I did not know that and I almost missed it because I was at work when it arrived. There is a large difference between the two and they should not be confused. Important to note that I have been an iPhone user for many many years. However, the camera appeal of the Google was too much so I went ahead and dove in and got this phone. Almost immediate regret. Not because the phone is bad. I just had it because everything is different and I can't stand how things are laid out and it keeps telling me my storage is full and pissing me off. Because it's not even remotely close to a quarter of the storage full. Pictures don't download the same, and half the time I can't even find them. Ok so honestly I don't know if it's because of some technical issue or if it's because I am not an android user. It gives me the ick more often than not. I got a cute custom case for it tho, so visually it's cute to look at. I haven't dropped it or anything yet. BUT I will say when I run games or tiktok for more than 5 minutes the phone gets really hot. Which is not supposed to be the case. Oh also the way it connects to my car is really dumb and it doesn't connect to my car right away I have to backdoor in every time. Also my contacts, dear god what a freaking MESS! It synced all my work contacts and I feel like it clogged the crap out of my phone. I just hate it ok. Bottom line I made a mistake and I hate it. ... show more
