Verizon still had a lock on this phone :(. The phone itself was great and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it is of no use if it's locked. I had already transferred phone number and was at final step of esim I stallation when told to contact Verizon. I obviously had no cell service so it was quite a process and inconvenience to borrow a phone and the additional one hour conversation with customer support. Fortunately the Amazon store did respond after 24 hrs to advise a replacement. Unfortunately I wasted hours and hours of time, had no phone service for over a day and now have to remove everything I had already transferred. Yes there was a solution and the phone was great, but not worth the hassle and inconvenience. ... show more

Shipment arrived early and I started the transfer of Pixel 7 to this new Pixel 10 Pro. Transfer was simple but had an issue trying to transfer the sim card from old phone to the esim in the Pixel 10 Pro. There was a note with the new phone that warned that there could be an issue and identified how to resolve. I went to the local Verizon store and within 10 minutes the esim was working and the phone has worked well. Unit arrived well packed with a small USB to USB cable, no charger. Looked new. I was concerned from user comments that this was completely carrier locked. There was a note with the imei # and test report saying erased and unlocked. I was able to transfer the esim and the apps,pictures etc with only minor difficulty. It appears although carrier unlocked it maybe bootloader locked (see picture) Unless you want to hack android this is not an issue for the vast majority of users. ... show more

The phone looks to be new. No scuffs nothing on it. Turned it on got all set up. Was a complete unlocked phone. Never said anything about any carrier. We connected to Verizon and the good news was it didn’t cost anything to connect.

Phone was not unlocked. Tried myself to make it work, tried the online chat help, then finally went to the store. Same result each time. Phone was locked to another carrier. Not an Unlocked phone! Ordered a replacement from elsewhere and was instantly able to transfer from my old phone to the new one myself. I did get a refund but wasted hours one day trying to get it set up, then had to return phone, and wait for refund. Do not recommend this seller based on these reviews. Looks brand new, works like it should. No scratches, cracks, or imperfections. I was able to switch my eSIM over, but I did need to call T-Mobile to have them troubleshoot as it was previously registered to them. Overall, great deal.
