More Ram then the newer one
Color: Obsidian Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB Product grade: Renewed
This phone has meet my expectations. The higher resolution makes a difference. I never used to think it would make any difference on a smaller screen but it does. Great camera and excellent speakers which is important for me. I'm surprised the prices on used 10 xl pro is higher then before but it does not surprise me as the newer 11XL has less ram (12GB versus 16GB on the 10xl) with the 256gb version. Great phone but was locked with verizon

Verizon still had a lock on this phone :(. The phone itself was great and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it is of no use if it's locked. I had already transferred phone number and was at final step of esim I stallation when told to contact Verizon. I obviously had no cell service so it was quite a process and inconvenience to borrow a phone and the additional one hour conversation with customer support. Fortunately the Amazon store did respond after 24 hrs to advise a replacement. Unfortunately I wasted hours and hours of time, had no phone service for over a day and now have to remove everything I had already transferred. Yes there was a solution and the phone was great, but not worth the hassle and inconvenience. ... show more

Brand new device for hundreds off retail!
Color: Obsidian Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB Product grade: Renewed
What a deal! Saved hundreds of dollars by going with a "renewed model", and while that can always be a gamble, I ended up with a model is PERFECT condition. Battery history showed 1 power cycle. Only difference between this and brand new was the packaging! I did run into a bit of a problem trying to transfer from a Verizon physical SIM to an eSIM. The auto transfer didn't work during initial setup and I was directed to the Verizon website. When I tried putting in the primary eSIM ID number, I was told it was not compatible, but the secondary eSIM was. I tried going through the Verizon website to get it transferred, but the website kept trying to push me to a more expensive plan. I got in the chat queue to get it sorted, and while waiting, I tried doing a SIM transfer again. And guess what.... it worked perfectly. The eSIM went to the primary slot, I didn't have to change plans, and didn't actually have to talk to Verizon. I saw others talking about issues with getting eSIMs to work, but I am guessing in a lot of situations, a solution is there even if takes some troubleshooting. Definitely worth it for a great phone at a cheap pricce. ... show more

Good phone, good price
Color: Moonstone Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 256 GB Product grade: Renewed
I was quite hesitant to buy a refurbished device. I was worried about the battery life. I was worried about the screen condition. Overall, I'm quite happy. The phone that they shipped me was in good condition. Battery had low cycles on it and it appears to be charging well and maintaining its charge. Can't say anything more but I would buy from this seller again. ... show more

This Device is locked to Comcast/Xfinity despite saying unlocked. I was able to spot this in like 5 minutes because I work in the cellular industry, so I am wondering what is this equipment you are telling people you use in order to test these devices. Unbelievable.
