long story short: people said it may not be unlocked, i got it thought it was locked by verizon, due to the contact verizon screen that pops up when you select setup eSIM, turns out if you click the transfer a sim from another device option it just works. im on att, data, calls & text all work. other than the slight annoyance that i mightve bought a carrier locked phone this is a great deal and in great shape, not a single mark on the device and checking the battery health settings its at 100% so i basically got a brand new pixel at 40% off retail price. good cameras, good battery life, anti-smear coating on the screen so i dont see smudges and the most software features i have seen given exclusively to a device. ... show more

A practically new phone (no scratches/dents, 100% BH) but essentially useless as it was locked to Verizon. Verizon support was unable to help me and asked me to contact the original seller as they cannot verify that this device belongs to me. I had seen the mixed reviews around the unlocking status but decided to try it out as I felt it absurd that Amazon is allowing a seller to list a phone as Unlocked which it isn't. Shipment arrived early and I started the transfer of Pixel 7 to this new Pixel 10 Pro. Transfer was simple but had an issue trying to transfer the sim card from old phone to the esim in the Pixel 10 Pro. There was a note with the new phone that warned that there could be an issue and identified how to resolve. I went to the local Verizon store and within 10 minutes the esim was working and the phone has worked well. Already enjoying many new features of my new Pixel 10 Pro and recommend the phone and this seller. ... show more

Lets start from the beginning' Phone is Verizon, but unlocked which means you can use with any carrier (Tested with Silknet & Ucom), some functions are not available to change like 5g only or lte only, but you can change them right after you enable dev mode (you can also change from there) & then disable it. Wokred for me, but its not mandatory cause 5g auto means it will work with any. Havent tested 5g exacly, but everything is working. No Verizon preinstalled apps or anything, only thing is when you adding Esim it says add Verizon Esim (but as I said, you can add any). 4 stars because it doesnt say Verizon Unlicked phone , it just says Unlocked... Seller was answering me, so thats also a plus. ... show more

This is used, not refurbished. 2 prominent scratches on the screen, 1 of which was near 2 inches long. As for the back, even worse; multiple perfectly straight almost razor blade scratches over 2 of the “pro” 3 camera lenses. Then, to further cement the absolutely used contortion, the software was not even reset. Wouldn’t that be an essential aspect of the refurbishment? No, mine was fully powered on and on the lock screen. So I have to wait 45 minutes for a full wipe and factory reset and say my prayers there’s not a Google account still attached to the hardware. The price was good for refurbished - but absolutely not for a used, worn, torn and battle-tested phone. ... show more
