I was a bit skeptical when first ordering a clear case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. There are cheaper options, but assumed as OtterBox is such a big and reliable name, that I'd receive something of high quality. I ordered 2 clear cases because I wanted to compare the "less used" or "less yellow" cases and return the other. Both boxes came sealed in their respective OtteBox boxes. Seems new, great. However, upon opening, I realized that the cases had a yellow hue to it. Crap, I must have gotten someone's used return. I opened both cases and inspected it and realized that it wasn't used at all. Think of putting away a silver bracelet in it's pouch for years and then finding it tarnished/rusted. Now, the iPhone 14 Pro Max has been out for some time now. I doubt they are making new cases for this phone as they are almost onto the 18. I feel like this was an old case stocked away and it happened to turn yellow naturally.
