I will never be without this product, if I can keep from it. I like water and you will not feel grit or taste this product unless one puts a lot of it in a water bottle. I like flavored water or sports drinks, and it works great in them, or coffee / tea. If you suffer with constipation buy this product and use it every day until you find what amount works for you. If you use too much you will have very loose stools (or The Trotts as grandma 👵 would say). And, one needs to expect gas with this when you first start. Gas pockets only happens to me sometimes, and it has only been while on toilet. Praise the Lord! You are not going to be walking around tooting a little song. No-one told me to expect that, and it literally scared the poop right out of me the first time. I apologize if someone finds this inappropriate, but facts are facts. A person needs to know these things. I would have. I am 55 and have this product in common with my 95 year old beloved great aunt! We all need to find something positive each day to chuckle about. Let's all agree, "It's ALWAYS better OUT then in, every time!" 😉 Buy it! It works just as well as Miralax without the added expense for the name.

First, it's always cheaper buying in bulk. Second, there is no flavor. Third, this stuff works really good if you're constipated. Just put it in any drink and stir. No flavor no thickness. Just drink and within 2-8 hours later you'll feel better! I love this stuff! I definitely recommend

After decades of pain medication altering my intestinal motility I finally got the recommendation from a new internal medicine and pain management Dr that this won’t cause any problems with addictiveness to laxatives. It took a while to get it down I’m “regular” after decades of taking different things to help with constipation. No taste at all. I have it in my tea after dinner every night. No change in taste to tea and taking it. So many people don’t know all the OTC laxatives you take eventually screw up your bowel function where you have to take them or you don’t go and that’s dangerous. It caused issues after back surgery for me when my bowels stopped working! Called an Ileus. Thank you Polyethylene Glycol!

This works. It has no flavor and for traveling I bought and kept a smaller bottle to refill. I figured putting this white powder in a baggy for travel might create problems.

It helps me poop. If you're constipated buy it!!! All products, miralax, this one or generic brands will work. It may take a few days to work but when it does you won't experience cramps or the runs. You'll poop more than a milk dud. You'll actually make a nice one. It has no flavor so add it to anything but soda. The carbonation brings out a weird taste.

I used to get this for prescription until insurance wouldn’t pay for it. Then I bought it at Wally World and the price went up. I have a Sams club card and bought 3 for $22. They ran out of stock. Then I found these. I will continue to buy these through this company. I get these shipped directly to my door. If I don’t need it every 3 months I can change the next shipment. They always have this in stock. It works as well as mer lax ( I’m not giving them free mentioning /commercial) at a better price. I drink it in my morning coffee. There isn’t a taste or a gritty feel. It doesn’t change a taste in your drink. You won’t go wrong to try it out. You’ll thank me later. Smile I am not getting compensated for this review. It would be nice hint hint. I don’t know about traveling because there is a limit on liquids I don’t know about powder.

I put this in my tea and can not tell it's even in there. This is a great buy and works just like Miralax. Why pay for the marketing and name when you can get the same ingredients that work for less. The cost of these 3 was equal to one bottle of miralax. Most importantly it works the same. Highly recommend. Note: works better in hot liquids then cold but that goes for all powdered additives.

This is recommended by my doctor as the only safe - use every day if you need to - softener. We get older, we don't eat as well as we should, we take meds, etc. This can all take a toll on digestion. Digestion is an important part of our immune system and being constipated is just so annoying and uncomfortable. This will not work in 30 minutes. This is something you take and it works naturally with your body over a day or two. So you must take it at the first sign of slowness in your bowels. It has no active ingredient and should be safe for almost anyone. It can be put in you food or drink. It is not gritty and you can not taste it. You must dissolve it in 8 oz of fluid and drink it all in a timely matter. You can't just sip it for a while. It doesn't make you have any pain or any urgency when taken right. This is cheaper than the brand name and that is why we bought it. It is three bottles of 17.9 oz. The brand name is very expensive and we like to just keep this around. I am glad I found this at a cheaper price to have on hand.
