Perfect crust for the first time at home, using a pan. I purchased the two pack, just to keep one in reserve in case I cook two pizzas at a time, for guests. I also cooked tempura battered chicken breast nuggets on one this pan, using the air-fryer setting of my oven. They turned out great, using no oil, and didn't stick to the pan. Clean-up is easy with paper towels, with their non-stick coating. If you're looking for pizza pans, You won't do better than these. ... show more

I cannot express enough how much I love these pans! I've made around 8 pizzas at 500°F - 550°F and a loaf of bread at 350°F since buying the pans and they have not failed in the slightest yet. I have found using them cuts the baking time down by a couple of minutes. Pizzas I baked on bare-aluminum perforated pans for 15 minutes bake on these in 12! I'll admit, the pans themselves get much hotter that the aluminum pans did, but it is worth the finished result! So far, I have not have anything stick to the pans at all. And even at 550°F they have not warped at all. Highly recommended! 👌 ... show more
