At our vet's suggestion, I ordered this additional litter box because my male cat had started peeing in the dining room out of nowhere (the vet confirmed he's healthy, he's just being a d*ck). Not only do both cats love it, but guests compliment it thinking it's a potted plant and ask where I bought it! They can't believe it when I show them it's a kitty potty. I also find it's very easy to clean because the material has a little give to it, it's not so rigid. The only downside was the moss for the top, I loved the look of it but we had to throw that away because the same male cat thought it was really fun to pull it out and throw it around the living room. He is special, but at least he isn't peeing in the dining room anymore! ... show more

This is so much more aesthetically pleasing than just having a litter box. It is bigger than it looks, it’s a little larger than the plain store litter box I was using before. Our cat is 3 years old so he’s a pretty full size and he started using it the same day I set it up with no problem. It was so easy to put it together, took me like 5 minutes. I was worried because I saw some other reviews say that it was difficult to get the top and bottom pieces to line up but I think that is a problem with delivery because they ship it in one clear plastic BAG only so if your delivery driver is not careful and bangs it up, I think that’s why some people’s either top or bottom pieces were misshapen. Luckily our delivery person was very careful with it and set up was a breeze. Our cat did make a mess with the decorative grass stuff around the base of the plant, but I guess he got bored with it because it’s been a week and he only did it once. I really like the look of the plant, some of the leaves are folded over where they shouldn’t be but the instructions said you can use a clothes steamer to fix them if it’s a problem for you. Unfortunately this won’t stop your cat from kicking litter out if he loves doing that like mine, but it greatly reduced the amount. The price is decent, especially compared to others. I love the way this looks in my apartment! It's nice to not have everyone immediately see that there's a litter box in my living room. You do need some extra space between the product and the wall so the cat can walk in and out easily. My cat immediately figured it out and seems to really like it! The plant part is plastic and I will say that most cats would probably like to chew that part. My one issue with this litter box is that it's difficult to lift. The plastic is thick but still flexible, so it does change shape when you try to pick it up. The top half removes so you can just clean and dump the bottom half, but because there's no handles it's awkward to lift and can be really heavy when it's full of litter. If there were hidden handles and if the plastic was a bit sturdier that would make it a 5/5 for me! ... show more

This is the best litter box I've ever seen! So easy to assemble and my cat took to it right away. I was searching for a litter box that doesn't look like a litter box and this one fits the bill. I have no place for one of the rectangle litter boxes that I tend to trip over no matter where it is placed. They can be unsightly and in the way. I have two cats in a one bedroom apartment and I wanted to get a litter box that wouldn't be messy (they tend to throw the litter out of the box), wouldn't take up much space, and would help with the odor. This did all of that. It's very easy to put together (literally just fit the top onto the bottom, stick the bottom of the fake plant into the hole at the top and fill with litter. It is so much bigger than I expected, which is a good thing. The plant doesn't look convincing in the least, but I really don't mind that. It's similar to a christmas tree too, you have to manually pull the fake leaves away from themselves and position them how you want them. It came with some tinsel type stuff to make it look potted, but my cat decided to strew it around the apartment, so we just have the little mesh mat that it come with at the base of the plant. The door is big enough to get your arm through and scoop all the sides. Deep cleaning is really easy, I just pop the top off, empty the litter and rinse it in the bathtub -- takes about 10 minutes. It looks so much nicer in the bathroom than my traditional pan litter box did. I think it's absolutely worth the price. ... show more

I love how much more aesthetic this is compared to any regular litter box. People don’t realize it’s a litter box until we tell them! It’s so cute and very spacious in there. Great idea and look! No more unsightly square litter box. This is a great alternative. It’s quite big and roomy for kitty and easy to clean. The only suggestion I would have is for the manufacturer to make the top and bottom connection a little easier to put back on after cleaning. It can be a little tricky lining up the grooves just right all the way around. However, I DO like the grooves as it keeps high sprayers from leaking out. 👍 ... show more

It looks good and was easy to assemble. The 2 halves of the planter-looking-litter-box are made of a thin, somewhat flimsy material and one half sits on the other without any attaching/locking mechanism. My dogs knocked it apart immediately twice and I thought this was a bad buy. But after they got over the initial inspections, they haven't knocked it anymore and it is working great for the cat. I turned the hole to the back so I love that it doesn't look like a litter box in the living room. Def an economical option that looks good! ... show more
