I know some people have issues with niacinamide causing a burning or rashy sensation. I can see that if you put it on your skin with nothing underneath. I have felt an itchiness when I've done that too. But since I've started layering it with hyaluronic acid first, I have had no problems. If you've never used niacinamide, I would recommend a lower percentage to see if your skin tolerates it first. I previously had a serum that had it in it, so I think I developed a tolerance. Anyway, I think it really helps with blurring pores. It's not an instant facelift, but it really helps them seem not as pronounced. I hope this helps. ... show more
