Update: customer service reached out to me based off my review. This is one of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They corrected the situation and made sure I was satisfied. If the need arises, I will gladly buy from this company again. Thank you! The first time my son tried to put the skates on he broke the buckle. It doesn't function how a normal skate buckle should. In addition to the cheap buckle 1 of 4 wheels does not light up. Pretty disappointing for his birthday present ... show more
