I’ve had this (14" Size) bag for 3 mos. I use it at least twice a wk. I had struggled to find a bag large enough for my 12 1/8"W laptop, yet also lightweight & on the smaller side. Everything else I found was either very large (too bulky) or miniature (no laptop). (Measurements below are approximate, & also all from the inside of pockets/bag.) There is a zippered pocket on both the front (10"W x 8.5"H) & back (4.75"H x 5"W), a zippered laptop compartment (14 3/8”H x 9.5”W), two open side pockets (6.25”H x 4”W) & the main compartment (13”H x 10”W H x 3-4”D) (from bottom to where the top curves). Inside of the main compartment there is a zippered pocket (6.5"W x5 3/8"H) & a pouch/pocket (6 3/8 x 9.5”) on the other side. I also love that it comes in 3 colors. The Pinkish Grey has slightly more grey in it than the image, but that could be my monitor. The only two things that I would change is that I cannot get a 20oz G2 (Gatorade) in the side pockets. (A 12oz will fit though.) Also, I wish I could shorten the straps a bit more, but that is not a huge deal. Lastly, I just wanted to note that even though one of the images show a cell phone sticking out of the pocket (4.75"Hx 5"W) on the back of the bag, a phone won't fit. The color is beautiful and appears a little more on the taupe side and not as pink as in the photo on the display picture. Great quality and will last awhile. I'm a teacher and had to get a backpack when my ankle was fractured at school field day. I hate backpacks in general, but needs must. This one is small enough for my frame so as not to overwhelm and fits my 13" MacBook Air nicely. Lots of pockets for pens/keys/etc. The side pockets might fit drinks if you live on another planet where drinks come in 2 oz. cans. The back straps do slip a bit (and lengthen themselves) but it's easy enough to tighten them up again. I don't love the slippery shiny fabric but beggars can't be chooses and all that. One of the zippers gets sticky, but most seem good. (I've been using it for a month now.) Overall, it does the job and isn't freaking huge (it actually fits my size: sm/4-6). I have been on the search for a small business bag, that can go on. top of my luggage as well as look nice in the office and at meetings. That will still hold all of my things while keeping me organized. So what fits, I can put my 12.9" iPad, with case and Magic Keyboard in the spot for a laptop. I can also put my 8x10 spiral bound planner, a notebook, mouse, small cable case, pencil case, water bottle and purse pouch with all my essentials. So my water bottle does not fit inside the side bottle pockets, so I do have to put it inside the bag it's self, but that's a no issue. The shoulder straps seem sturdy enough and the color beige/cream looks nice with my neutral wardrobe. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. We'll see how it travels over the next year as I have quite a bit of traveling and work do to offsite this year. j ... show more

I’ve been looking for a work bag that fits my 12.5/13” laptop without having those big bulky look. This one finally fits and it looks so good. It is light and has multiple pockets. If you don’t carry much this is the backpack for you. It has two pockets to store your things. The back one is slightly smaller than the front so my laptop just fits zipped up in the back. It is not uncomfortable. I wish the bottle pocket was a big bigger because right now it fits a standard plastic bottle but if you have a hydroflash or other reusable bottle bigger than that it won’t fit. ... show more
