We have been using this "Conference Room Camera Full HD 1080p USB PTZ Video Conference Camera for Business Meetings Wide Angle More Optical Zoom (10x Optical USB)" for a year with great results BUT in the last two weeks the camera goes dark / offline after 1 hour into a two hour church service. Motor functions for PTZ still work but the USB camera goes offline. If the warranty is one year, we made it right to the end before it started miss-behaving. For the price and performance, we would buy another but it needs to last longer then 1 year. Update 3/17/2022: I've been "testing" and YES, the camera does go offline after 1 hour. I haven't found a solution to that so I am reducing rating to 3 starts for performance overall and poor lifetime of the unit. ... show more

The camera does exactly what we needed. A better picture, better quality, and the ability to zoom in on a presenter that might be across the room in our socially distances board meetings. I’ve only used it 3 times but it has performed well and is easy to set up with Zoom.

Camera Does Not Work With Zoom Calls or Facebook Live. Major Flaw. Returned Camera and I have yet to receive my refund. Do not Recommend this camera or company.
