I paired them with black curtains that have a white filigree design. The bedroom looks Rich and Beautiful. I would not advise washing these sheers in a washer that has an agitator. If that is the only kind of washer you have, then I advise washing them by hand, in either a sink or tub, and hanging them to dry. With some loving care your sheers will last you AT LEAST 20yrs.
