I can't believe these things offer an authenticity claim in the deck about how legit the gold is. Come on. But beyond that, they're fine cards. Pretty stiff, and they don't become quite as pliable as normal cards, but still totally usable. The biggest drawback is that it's pretty easy for the light to catch the cards and the glare can make it hard to see. This deck includes a "Certificate of Authenticity" card that I've seen pop up in other decks that makes the claim that the gold foil on the cards is 24K, and lists some report number from a nameless lab that they never bother to change the number of. A quick search on the internet of the lab report number will help you decide for yourself if you want to trust what the card says. All that aside, the cards are very pretty and shiny, and are indeed flexible and waterproof. I honestly would've rated it higher if they had left the "Certificate" out. ... show more
