I purchased these for my Paris Themed kitchen and they are the cutest! I don't use them for salt and pepper, so I won't comment on their effectiveness in that regard, However, I will state that they are really small and thin so I can't imagine that they'll hold much salt or pepper. These are beautiful replicas of the Eiffel Tower, with great detail, in a silver toned metal with darker relief so one can see the details. An incredible quality, especially given the price! The salt has four holes on top, the pepper two...I wouldn't mind if the words "Salt" or "Pepper" were slipped into the design to make it a bit easier to tell them apart, but I suppose then they would not look so authentic! ... show more
