This portable power station is versatile enough to help out during a power outage at home and tough enough to handle mud, dirt, dust, water, and more. It has an IPX4 outdoor rating and is water resistant and dustproof. Take it on camping trips or to the beach, tailgate parties, and music festivals. Yeti 500 Yeti 300 Yeti 700 Yeti 700 How fast can I charge the power station? High Speed Mode charges the Yeti 700 from 0-100% in about 105 minutes. The 300 and 500 charge faster. Low Speed Mode keeps the unit cooler and quieter and helps preserve battery life. The unit will be set to Low mode when shipped from the factory. What solar panel should I use with this power station? We recommend using the Nomad 50 Solar panel with the Yeti 300. To charge the Yeti 500 or Yeti 700, we suggest the Nomad 100. The Yeti 500 and Yeti 700 can handle up to 200 W of solar input if you use an adapter. Can I use the power station indoors? Yes. Our power stations are safe to use indoors. They’re quiet, and since they don’t require gas or other fuel, they don’t emit any fumes. Can I use my Compact Yeti Power Station outside? Yes. Although you should avoid getting your Yeti wet or excessively dirty, it is designed to withstand exposure to the outdoors and can be rinsed off when you need to clean it. Where is Goal Zero located? This is a tank. It powered my portable oxygen generator over night during a power outage. Only used half capacity in six hours. That’s what I bought it for. Holds a charge very well so it’s ready to use when needed

  • Quality item
Style: Yeti 500
I have two and encourage friends to purchase one. Neither of us have had the need so far to put them to the test. The quality appears to be outstanding. My daughter uses hers regularly on camping trips and at gun shows in order to run her computer. She swears by it hence my decision to purchase mine. I recommend them. ... show more

  • Power where I need it
Style: Yeti 500
tldr; It's irritating, but I like it. After wearing out to Yeti 400 power supplies, I bought the new Yeti 500. According to the app, it should power my CPAP for three nights. With my other Yetis I didn't notice the power was out until I woke up in the morning. Just what I'm looking for. I can also haul the 500 to my boat for weekends afloat. I'm looking forward to that due to the massive weight difference between the old 400 and the new 500. I have two complaints: The furshlingener indicator LEDs. The "I'm plugged in and powered on" LED lights up the wall in my bedroom, and the "AC outputs are on" LED lights up the side of my bed. And why? The active outputs are shown on the LCD display. Isn't that good enough? Fortunately, there are products that you can buy to deal with this situation: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CLVQG68/ref=sw_img_1?smid=A15TW3PLCYIFNC&psc=1 The rubber boots for the outlets are a pain. They may be good when you're not using the Yeti, but as soon as you plug the Yeti in the back one keeps you from putting the Yeti right next to the wall and you plugging something into the Yeti makes the front stick out. There's probably something I can do about that, but I haven't figured it out yet. ... show more

  • Love the screen status display, and not bad to carry
Style: Yeti 500
I've had a couple of the 150 batteries for years, but this larger size is great due to the display readout and obviously larger capacity to do its size. Even though it's lead-acid vs. their lithium products, due to its configuration it doesn't feel as heavy as you might think.

  • Reliable source of power
Style: Yeti 500
The Yeti 500 is a great source of backup power. I use mine to run my 63 lt. fridge while I’m stationary. Great value for the money.

  • The perfect portable power station for weekend trips!
Style: Yeti 500
This portable power station was a lifesaver during our summer camping trips! We used it to charge hearing aid batteries and two iPhones every night without any issues. The battery life was impressive, often coming home with about half the charge remaining. While it's not suitable for high-powered devices like water kettles, it's ideal for charging smaller electronics like phones and tablets. We're planning to add solar panels next year to maximize its efficiency. ... show more

  • Outputs not as advertised
Style: Yeti 500
Disguised under a sleek and durable build is a disappointingly underperforming battery. 4.5 amps might be enough for charging stuff, but it isn't enough to "power" anything like a cooler or cookplate
