I have been looking to purchase a cat tree for a few years. Every year I would look at the black friday sales from pet stores but never pulled the trigger. I was looking around on Amazon and Groupon and both had some great looking choices for the price... but when I saw what I could get for the price of this 72" tree I couldn't pass it up. Part of me wondered whether it could really be that great since it was so affordable, but based on the previous good reviews I thought I would give it a try. Up front my main concern (not product related) was that my cat would ignore it. She isn't known for being super into things that were bought just for her. So I wanted to make sure that whatever I purchased didn't look gaudy in my living room. The colors on this item (true to advertisement) were very nice and would fit into most homes decor I would suspect. I was able to put this item in the corned by the window in my living room so it is out of the way and actually looks kind of cute!!! Putting it together: Let me start off by mentioning... I am not in any way handy... I don't even have a single picture hanging in my house.... I was able to put this thing together in about an hour with little to no frustration. The directions are pretty clear compared to many others I have seen. My only problem (my own fault) was that I screwed in a few things to the wrong places and didn't realize it until I was further along. Both were clearly overlooks of mine, not the instructions. But again, this was not stressful or difficult to put together... the only issue might be if a person was on the short side... they might have to stand on something for the highest pieces :) Quality: I love this item. It is sturdy and looks great. The carpet isn't super plush, but it is still nice. The only issue I ran into was that one board for one of the boxes wasn't in place... and since it was weight bearing, I knew I either had to wait and exchange a piece out, or figure out a workaround. I was able to get a hammer and nails and take care of the issue just fine... so I was happy to be able to do that and use it immediately rather than call complain and wait! Overall I have extremely happy with this purchase. My cat doesn't use it that much (as I expected) but when she does she fits well and seems happy. She has fallen asleep on some of the top perches a few times already. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm delighted with this cat tower! It's incredibly well-built and durable. We opted to exclude the second ladder because it didn't offer enough room for our cats to access the top tiers. However, besides that minor adjustment, our cats absolutely adored it. I initially had concerns about its sturdiness, but those worries were quickly put to rest. As soon as we set it up, my cats couldn't resist jumping on it. Now, let's talk about the "Instructions." They consist of just five pictures, without any labeling on the boards or screws. However, despite the lack of detailed guidance, it was fairly straightforward to assemble by following the visual cues. Overall, I believe it's an excellent cat tower that provides great value for its price. While other reviews raised concerns about adult cats not fitting comfortably, I'm pleased to report that both of my cats find it cozy and accommodating. In summary, if you're seeking a sturdy and enjoyable cat tower, this one is a fantastic choice. With its durable construction, easy assembly, and happy feline occupants, it's definitely worth considering. ... show more

I looked at a TON of cat towers before picking this one. I wanted something tall but easily scalable for a 15 year old kitty. I wanted it not to be wobbly as she jumps from tier to tier because that's the issue that I've had with other cat towers in the past. I also needed something that didn't have much on the bottom level because we just got a pug puppy and need her to leave the cat alone as they adjust to each other. This has exceeded all my expectations. It was super easy for one person to put together (I'm short so I needed a step ladder to attach the top pieces). Most importantly, it's STURDY. I was sort of expecting the pieces to be made out of cheap, flimsy, thin particle board wood like everything else on here but it's really thick, durable plywood that wont break apart. It doesn't wobble at all until my cat gets to the highest platform, and even then it's so subtle that she doesn't seem to notice. The only slight issue I have with it is that the bottom ladder piece doesn't adhere very well (I think I maybe bent the bracket a little bit when putting it together). It's not an issue for me as the lower tiers are low enough for our cat to jump onto. We also put her lounging chair beside it to help her get to the 1st level, but she really doesn't need it. I've had the tower for about a week and our cat LOVES it. She usually takes forever to warm up to new toys/beds/mats/etc but I've caught her napping in both of the enclosed areas multiple times a day. She also sleeps in it at night. I highly recommend this cat tower. We are thinking about getting another one to replace the old (smaller, wobbly) one we have in the living room. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I wish I could give this product five stars but the customer service lost me. The quality of this cat tree is excellent for the price and my cats absolutely love it. The elevated cat beds have hard sides, which is what I was looking for because my cats like to lean. The whole tower is nice and tall and fairly simple to put together with the instructions. My only issue is that when it arrived, the ladders had cracks running through them down the middle, but nothing else was damaged at all so clearly it did not happen during shipping. I contacted Go Pet Club directly to let them know about the faulty pieces and their suggestion was for me to pay for shipping for new ladders, even though they were the ones who sent out faulty equipment. My cats like to jump up so they don’t really use the ladders, and I’m not getting new ones. If your cats don’t jump very well, that would be something to consider. Other than the mismanagement of customer service, I do like this cat tree a lot and my cats love it! ... show more
