Although the Kart does not go up slick asphalt hills very well my grandson loves. Drives it on grass. Had an issue with the shifter, it would not go into reverse. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly, sent me several parts to try to replace to fix the problem and also sent several links to videos that showed how to trouble shot the problem and replace the items. It worked, I followed the video to replace the shifter and it fixed the problem. great customer service

Bought two for my boys for Christmas. Within 4 months both broke in different ways. Well first one broke right away with the tire weld breaking my dad had to reweld it. But then the electronics simply broke. One won't charge and the other goes for about two seconds and stops. Unfortunately for the money a couple months worth of fun have worth it. I tried to contact the company with no luck.
