Our 8 year old granddaughter LOVED this arcade!! I bought extra things to put in it, such as Mr. Pen 12 count mini mochi squishies, slow-rise mini-medium squishies, mini Tootsie rolls, gum balls, etc. The volume can be turned down so it isn't annoying. She got to play with it first, of course, but she shared and let her 10 year old and 6 year old sisters play also and THEY loved it! It was probably the biggest hit of all of her gifts.     • Fun toy for all ages! Hopefully it lasts a while!
This was a Christmas gift for my 7 year old daughter and it’s a lot of fun! It’s made out of plastic and it was pretty easy to put together. No screws, just push the pieces together. It’s very lightweight. The cord that comes with it is really short so it has to be right by an outlet if you plug it in. I bought 2 inch acorn containers for it and they have to be upright for the claw to pick them up by the lip on the lid because the claw isn’t very strong. If the acorn containers are upside down or side ways the claw just slips right off them and won’t pick them up. If you want to put more toys in, the slot is pretty small and you have to move the claw out of the way to insert the toys. I also bought small squishies for the claw machine and it picks them up pretty well. My 3 year old also enjoys it and can pick up the toys with the claw. I did have an issue with it not turning on once and thought it broke but I turned the machine off then back on and it worked. Hopefully this lasts and I did not see a customer service number anywhere on the box or the instructions, unless I missed it. I tried taking it apart after I put it together and it was very difficult to pull apart for some reason. I had to pull really hard and was afraid I was going to break it. I would purchase this again, but we’ll have to see how long it lasts since we’ve only had it for a few days. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Everybody can find a piece of fun in the machine. I love catching the toys, and my daughter is obsessed with the inserting coins into the slot. She gets so excited whenever I make the catch and pass her the toy. But the manual definitely needs improvements and further clarification. And it would be better if the control panel can be more firmly attached to the main body. ... show more

Granddaughter loved this and took it to pre-school for Show N Tell but the side broke off real easy and it happened right after the deadline to RETURN :( but overall she has really enjoyed it . It wasn't inexpensive though for it to break

The claw will not work. It will move side to side but not up and down and the claw will not open at all. Have a really disappointed 4 years old! Do not but this product!

    • Stopped working after several uses
I would not recommend this product- especially at the price. My kid received this as a gift for her birthday and played with it several times. After about 2 months (playing with it infrequently) it has stopped working. The vertical control stopped working suddenly. My kid is very disappointed and I am too considering the price of this claw machine. ... show more

This is great claw machine. It operates like a real claw machine and can move in almost every direction. It is easy to set up,easy to figure out how to the get the toys in. It also comes with reusable plastic tokens to operate the machine. It makes family night so much more fun now.
