  • WENT FROM NO PAIN TO HAVING PAIN! DID SO MUCH HARM TO ME!
Update* I’ve stopped taking it after day 8, and started something else. After one day, popping noises diminished, stiffness went from 9 to 4, but I get sharp but short lived muscle pain (when I get it, I just lay down) at different spots in my right leg as I’m not taking turmeric nor MSM. I can stand for about 5 mins now with less discomfort, I didn’t try to challenge myself to see how long I can stand until I feel stiff and pain, but I really need to do my dishes! I asked a friend to help me get extra grocery the other day because I can’t cook anymore because I could barely stand for longer than like 3 minutes! I’m hoping I could uses the stairs in a week without pain! I’m really scared but I’m hopeful! I’m not sure if it’s those exercises I did, but it’s recommended in a lot of PT’s videos, and I never seen anyone else complain about them. But I was right, Azaro contributed to worsen my condition in a such short period of time! I believe it was DRYING up my synovial fluid rather than lubricating them, that’s why I was experiencing what I was going through. Sorry for the extremely long review! This should be nominated for the world’s longest review on online shopping flat form! I hope everyone a positive healing, mine wasn’t….. 😔 —— originally review below—— I’m 34 years old woman and I have damaged my knee cartilage over 1 year period due to various reasons. For # of months, I’ve had a very slight soreness in my right knee for 1 sec when walking downstairs. 2 weeks ago, my right knee HURT really badly as soon as I started going downstairs. I took two steps down and both times hurt, and there was a sharp pain in a straight line in my tibia, so I went back up, and I experienced that sharp pain 4 more times. I adjusted my bad sitting postures since then because before it all went down, my knees felt sore after sitting in certain positions for a short period of time. The next day, I went downstairs and back up 5 rounds at different times throughout the day and either one of my knees hurt or had any soreness. The day after, I started to have popping and crunching noises, most of the times I can’t feel it, and it’s not loud, and no pain. After Googling, I ran for 5 min (with wrong posture, previously ran like that for a few months, in my room), and did some stretching for 15 mins, no pain unless I jumprope. On 3/14, which was the following day, I got an X ray and it shows there’s very little space in between my knee joint, the inner joint space is even narrower because it’s almost touching. I’ve watching a lot of Youtube videos and started doing small exercises (toe raising and heel raising). After reading a few reviews on other products, I quickly found Arazo and read a lot of reviews especially using the search box. I read lots of good reviews and felt hopeful and skimmed through and ignored a few bad reviews. On 3/16, I followed a Youtube PT’s advice and did 10 min tailgate swing, I felt a some tightness in my right leg afterwards. I received Arazo joint support same day and started taking it that night after dinner. I felt some soreness when going up and down the stairs with my right knee, but not every step. The tablets are pretty big but I was mentally prepared when I was reading the reviews, and I can swallow them all at once even though I can feel it, it doesn’t bother me. The whole bottle smells like medicine, and tablets have like a metallic taste to it. After taking it for 2 days is when everything changed for the worse! I’ll try my best to put everything in order for what happened in the next few days until I remember the dates. I started to have popping noises in my shoulder. When I do the toe raise & heel raise exercise, I felt veins in my right knee moving while doing it (not the whole time). I only do it 3 sets of 10, 1- 4x a day, so I ignored the vein moving sensation and did it for about 2 or 3 days until my calf was hurting. I didn’t do tailgate swing as often as suggested because of inconvenience, I only did it once a day and I skip a day here and there, sometimes 3 mins, 5 mins, and 10 mins once more. I noticed when walking downstairs, I right knee was sore every step I took. So I sat on the stairs and used my upper body to move down step by step. I’m 5’7, 120 lbs. 3/20, I did 5 min tailgate swing in the morning. When I was making lunch, my whole arm was feeling extremely stiff, including my fingers. If you’ve every wrapped a rubber band on your finger for a few min, you would know what they feels like. I blamed the exercises, and stopped those exercises. 3/22, walking downstairs was sore for both of my knees, I felt my femur and tibia rubbing against each other. I had to talk step by step and holding the handrail moving slowly, and it still hurts. As soon as I get on the flat surface, no more pain. It took me two hours to get groceries from two supermarkets cause I was trying to walk slowly. When I got back home, I had to lift 10+ bags of grocery step by step and it was still sore and very difficult. Since then, standing for a few min hurts my knees and my calf and I start to get very stiff. 3/23, the left side of my stomach was hurting like when I get my period (I don’t get severe pain like most people, but I thought I should mention anyways), but in the wrong region. I pulled my vanity chair to the kitchen so I could sit down to do the dishes, but it put too much weight on my arms as I was raising up the arms to do dishes, I even had to prepare my food sitting down. I couldn’t cook a full meal or finish doing the dishes. I read positive reviews of Arazo whenever I feel depressed. And I was blaming on the exercises, but those exercise were so light. It didn’t hurt or feel any discomfort during the exercise, so I don’t understand. I don’t even do it nearly as often as they suggested. After reading some reviews about the food dye, that’s when I decided to switch brands. BUT I still stupidly took the supplements on the 8th day! Because I think I should until I receive my new supplements, never thought the supplement could be the cause of all the problems. I read more reviews AFTER taking the supplements, but this time, I read negative reviews, and then I started to regret taking it. I don’t hear much popping or crunching noises when I walk now, but I started getting popping noises when I get in and out of bed in my knees and shoulder. My knees click when I try to put my pants on, both knees, even though I already lowered it as much as I could. I feel both of my knee rubbing against (3 clicks) each other when I straight out my knees after getting in bed in addition to other noises. Sitting on the toilet gives me a little pain too because I’m stiff. On 3/24, both of my legs feel very stiff, AND now both of my knees started to hurt a little more than yesterday, especially when I bend my right knee while standing, even slightly bent. This is crazy cause when I did tailgate swings, my joints wasn’t rubbing against each other and there wasn’t any popping noises. I went from no pain to having pain going downstairs AND downstairs, now having pain just bending or standing, and very stiff, something is not right. And after connecting all the dots, I believe this supplement is doing my more harm than good, basically didn't do my ANY good and made me feel way worse! ... show more

  • I crush this and put it in my dogs food. Works great!!
My Ginger was abused before we got her. I was told she lived on the streets for a couple of years before she was brought in to be saved. By the looks of her body, she may have been run over by a car or just hurt really bad by someone. Wish she could talk, so I could do more for her. BUT, when the weather is bad, her body gets even more sore and stiff than usual. I give her this, and it gives her a little more help over the supplements I already give her. ... show more

  • You have to try this!
I'm 45 and my elbows, wrists, knee's and shoulder's have had really bad pain for at least 2 years. I purchased this product and [HOLY COW!] I'm on day 2 with very minimal pain. I done even take it 3 times a day (only 2). Don't be nervous about side effects and check with your Dr. I'm nervous about any "new" miracle pills. 5 stars all the way and nothing negative to say. You really need to try this! ... show more

  • Quality Suppliment
Excellent combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, & magnesium. Unfortunately you have to take 3 of these huge pills to get the recommended dosage. Splitting them into 2 doses seems to take some of the distress off of this dosage. Otherwise it is a good product for joint restoration & health.

  • These really help knee discomfort
Tried this product for knee discomfort. I had gone through 2 orders of these. You are supposed to take these for a few weeks for any benefit to be realized. You won't get instant gratification. I noticed how they worked when I stopped using them for three weeks when I ran out. My knee discomfort came back. ... show more

  • Working pretty well
I can't say if this is the best version of Glucosamine, I've taken a few, but if you're over 35, tall, and do any regular exercise, this will keep your joints from breaking down on you. Before I started taking this daily, my hips and knees were starting to cause me massive pain. I was worried my routine was breaking my body. But after a week or so of taking this, my joints were supple again, and pain-free. Just make sure to take it regularly. A few days off and the effects wane. ... show more

  • Replacing Joint Juice
I have successfully used Joint Juice for years, it is now off the market, so I needed a replacement. Too soon to tell for sure, but these tabs seem to be working.
