Basically a Glucosamine mixed with some other things. Does it work better than regular lower priced Glucosamine? Difficult to tell. In my experience there is some minor measurable benefit to taking this. Maybe slightly better than the cheap stuff. And those of us with arthritic torn up joints will take every bit we can get.
