I've tried various joint supplements in capsule form and had some relief with a few, but this liquid supplement started relieving back, knees and joints within the first couple of days! I love it and use it every day, mixed with juices. A little more work than popping a pill supplement but well worth the extra time to mix with juice. Have not tried it alone yet, but it doesn't seem to change the taste of the juice. Ordering my second bottle and plan to continue with this product. It is a noticeable game changer for aches and pains for me.

I have extreme rheumatoid and osteoarthritis in both my knees and am a perfect candidate for replacement, except I'm in my 30s. No doctor will perform the surgery, and so I've had to find other solutions to the excruciating pain. In early March, I injured my right knee, but didn't rest it for two weeks and continued working out and doing more damage. Someone pointed me in the direction of prehab and supplementation. Well, I've tried the horse pills and the disgusting wafers and I've never been good at consistently taking them, as the entire experience is unpleasant. Figuring that a liquid would be easier, I started doing my research and found Tropical Oasis. It's made in Texas and just a town over from where I live, so I got my first order next day. Within the first 3-4 days of mixing the supplement into some flavored water cut with a little plain water and drinking it I felt relief. Very little pain. Within 2 weeks, I was able to jog and squat and lunge with minimal pain. I've been a dancer my entire life and was able to get back to it. In conjunction with a high compression knee sleeve on some occasions I can say that I haven't felt this amazing in almost a decade. Anyone with even a slight knee condition will benefit from this product. I don't know how I lived without it, or why others are unaware of this incredible secret. I want to shout it from the rooftops. I went from so much pain every day and being kept up at night to being able to finally getting a full night's sleep and standing up from the couch without holding on to something for support. While I will never be 100% pain free and will only find complete relief with a surgery and full replacement, this product has made life liveable again and has made it easier for me to do the things that I love and to continue with an athletic and active lifestyle. If you've tried everything else and didn't find anything that worked, Tropical Oasis Liquid Glucosamine and Chondroitin with Hyaluronic Acid will not disappoint!

I purchased this item to help with joint pains that occur when I exercise (squats, dead lifts, running, etc...). It does provide a noticeable improvement however do not expect this to occur overnight. It took about 70 days before I started to notice a benefit and even then it was only a minor improvement. It took a good 100 days before I noticed a major improvement. I no longer get joint pains in my knees when squatting or dead lifting. The taste is decent but still not something you are going to enjoy. I normally swallow it as quickly as possible then immediately drink something afterwards. Bottom line the product does work but it will take some time so be patient. For reference i am a 52 years old active man, 5"10, 179 pounds as of this writing (12/19/19).

I waited for a marked improvement before writing a review and eleven days later I can say I have a 80 to 90 percent reduction in my hip pain. I no longer limp in favor of my right hip. Still have some stiffness after 30 or so minutes of driving when I first get out of the car but even that is not nearly as bad. I no longer feel like a doddering old lady as I walk around. I turn 65 next week so this is a lovely change. I did start taking a turmeric supplement about three days after I started this... not sure if that is part of the improvement but I'll continue taking both as long as my motion is this good. I recommend giving it a try. Oh.. the taste is not good... but I put it in a shot glass and chase it with juice. Worth the moment of yuk.

Unfortunately I have only taken a few days worth and cannot comment on whether it works or not because I had a negative reaction to this. Abdominal cramps followed by very loose stools. Taste is ok. Helps when you keep it refrigerated and chase with water or juice.

I am a firm believer in natural resources for health. The supplements in this formula have been working incredibly well for me! Liquids absorb better. I have a genetic arthritis. My thumb joints and elbow hurt to the point where I can’t do anything! After 1 month of daily taking this joint supplement, I don’t have the inflammation and pain that I did before. I have hand wraps, elbow compression bands, etc... Only resting the areas, and giving your body nutrients will work. Arthritis worsens over time. You can slow it down, and nourish your joints though. I love crocheting, quilling, card making, scrapbooking, and a ton of other creative things. You have to be sensible. Allow your arthritic areas to rest and nourish the joints! I’m so glad that I tried this product! It’s on monthly auto renew now. My review was important for me because I have real pain. I don’t trust all reviews written. This is from personal experience. I’m not getting any rewards for saying something.

I bought this for my fiance as he has a lot of back and shoulder issues. While he says the flavor tastes like "paint but you get used to it", he does say it works great and really helps his pain and doesn't want to go a day without it. We have tried other better tasting brands that work as well but didn't like some of the ingredients since we are very health conscious and are particular about our ingredients. We will continue to buy this brand because it works and we approve of the ingredients.
