I have been taking Glucosamine several years. It helped a little, My rheumatologist recommend taking a supplement that also had chondroitin and MSM. First bottle I took twice a day, The swelling in my hands decreased the first week. My knees became less painful within 3 weeks. I am walking with minimum problems.     • Something that actually works!
I have extreme rheumatoid and osteoarthritis in both my knees and am a perfect candidate for replacement, except I'm in my 30s. No doctor will perform the surgery, and so I've had to find other solutions to the excruciating pain. In early March, I injured my right knee, but didn't rest it for two weeks and continued working out and doing more damage. Someone pointed me in the direction of prehab and supplementation. Well, I've tried the horse pills and the disgusting wafers and I've never been good at consistently taking them, as the entire experience is unpleasant. Figuring that a liquid would be easier, I started doing my research and found Tropical Oasis. It's made in Texas and just a town over from where I live, so I got my first order next day. Within the first 3-4 days of mixing the supplement into some flavored water cut with a little plain water and drinking it I felt relief. Very little pain. Within 2 weeks, I was able to jog and squat and lunge with minimal pain. I've been a dancer my entire life and was able to get back to it. In conjunction with a high compression knee sleeve on some occasions I can say that I haven't felt this amazing in almost a decade. Anyone with even a slight knee condition will benefit from this product. I don't know how I lived without it, or why others are unaware of this incredible secret. I want to shout it from the rooftops. I went from so much pain every day and being kept up at night to being able to finally getting a full night's sleep and standing up from the couch without holding on to something for support. While I will never be 100% pain free and will only find complete relief with a surgery and full replacement, this product has made life liveable again and has made it easier for me to do the things that I love and to continue with an athletic and active lifestyle.     • I'm sensitive to Xylitol
Helps with pain, but xylitol causes gastric issues for me--so I can only use it a tiny bit at a time. I wish the manufacturers would make this with stevia or monk fruit sweetener. (These two sweeteners do not cause problems for me.)

I used to have issues with aching joints. Difficulty sleeping with hips, knees and shoulders hurting and having to switch positions all through the night. After only 4 days, I was amazed at the difference! I can't remember the last time my joints ached, and my sleep times are much more restful. Because this is a liquid, the absorbance rate is so much higher than taking pills. Definitely worth it!! :-D ... show more

I am a firm believer in natural resources for health. The supplements in this formula have been working incredibly well for me! Liquids absorb better. I have a genetic arthritis. My thumb joints and elbow hurt to the point where I can’t do anything! After 1 month of daily taking this joint supplement, I don’t have the inflammation and pain that I did before. I have hand wraps, elbow compression bands, etc... Only resting the areas, and giving your body nutrients will work. Arthritis worsens over time. You can slow it down, and nourish your joints though. I love crocheting, quilling, card making, scrapbooking, and a ton of other creative things. You have to be sensible. Allow your arthritic areas to rest and nourish the joints! I’m so glad that I tried this product! It’s on monthly auto renew now. My review was important for me because I have real pain. I don’t trust all reviews written. This is from personal experience.     • Seems to help but expensive
Since Dynamic Health quit making their liquid glucosamine sulfate I tried this. It isn't as good but does help somewhat with arthritis pain but its expensive.
