I bought this for my mom to help with her joint mobility. She has only just started taking it but she really likes it thus far. The ingredient profile has everything one would want in a joint supplement: glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyaluronic acid, elderberry, Boswelia and bromelain. The liquid formulation is both convenient and effective at increasing absorption. Apparently, the liquid form takes about 1-4 minutes to absorb and the bioavailabity of the actives is 85-95% as opposed to capsules that take 20-30 minutes to absorb 10-20% of the active ingredients. My mom states that it tastes sweet (due to the presence of glycerin/syrup) and faintly of raspberry. She follows the instructions and takes 2mL (2 droppers full) daily, holds sublingually for about 10 seconds then swallows. It can also be added to juice or water, however, I am not sure if that will reduce any sublingual absorption, as you won't be holding it for 10 seconds. There is a preservative in this product, but as a formulator of beauty products myself, I do understand the necessity of such ingredients and the potential safety issues associated with omission. This product is simple to use and has everything someone might be looking for in a joint supplement. It is a very pleasant way to take said supplement, no capsules to swallow. This bottle holds a 30 day supply if taking as directed.

I am reviewing: Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Liquid Drops - Extra Strength Joint Support Supplement with Elderberry, Boswelia, Bromelain, Hyaluronic Acid - Antioxidant Immune Support for Adults, Men & Women(2 Fl oz) The product has a 2 year shelf life. I have compared the dosage to the giant pills we were using, and only the chondroitin is less, but there are additional ingredients, so hopefully it will be a fair trade off. The flavor is good. You're supposed to take 2ml under the tongue for 10 seconds before swallowing for optimal absorption. This is a much easier way to take this supplement for my husband. I have to administer it to him, due to cognitive decline, and the instructions are confusing. If I just do the 2ml, the written instructions were not made for the dropper that comes with the bottle. It has a 1ml dropper, and after the initial 1ml, I have been unable to get it to draw more than .75ml. So, it isn't as easy to administer as it could be with a 2ml dropper. But it far outweighs the big pills he normally takes. I had to get a wrench to open the lid!

It's super easy to take by just filling the dropper (about a 0.5mL at a time) and emptying it in the mouth. It tastes good! The bottle is a good size and the squat profile lets you aim the dropper at the sides when the liquid runs low and needs to be tilted to reach it. The combo of ingredients in this liquid is brilliant and will be my go-to when I'm feeling bad from now on. Great product!

I've been taking Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplements for several decades, and it's really been very helpful. It is particularly helpful for your joints, maintaining both flexibility but also cushioning, like in your knees. It's really important to take Glucosamine & Chondroitin, and I believe it becomes even more important as you age. This particular product is great because it's not a pill, or capsule. For many years I took a product that had the same potency as this (high-potency), but was a daily grind of taking two "horse pills". I mean, these pills were big... and tough to get down. The beauty of this liquid is that it's so easy to take, and it's absorbed both quickly, and completely by the body. It's simply more efficient. This bottle contains a thirty day supply, and I believe it's a solid value. If you haven't considered taking this product, I really recommend you reconsider. It can save you a great deal of pain down the road, and also help you recover more quickly. Protect your joints!

My old knees are really uncomfortable when I bend or try to climb stairs. I like this Mulittea glucosamin, I think it could help. Liquid supplements are supposedly absorbed by the body better than capsules, and its easy to take 4 half-droppers daily. I just squeeze the product on my tongue and try to remember not to swallow for 10 seconds, LOL. It doesn't taste like raspberry to me, but it does have a nice light sweet taste. I'm not sure how much this will help with my knee pain, but in the interim the sweet taste is a mini treat, LOL.

This liquid glucosamine and chondroitin supplement by Mulittea seems to be very good in terms of its ingredients and how easy it is to take. It's too soon to know how effective it is - I've read that it can take up to eight weeks to notice improvement - but I'm hopeful for a positive experience. I've read up on the research and the study results seem pretty promising. I've taken liquid magnesium from this same manufacturer, and it helped me a lot without any side effects. This arrived well-sealed in an amber bottle and the glass dropper has measurement markings. The recommended dose is 2 mL, and like many droppers, this one can only pull up .5 mL at a time, so it's four times to get to the right amount. The flavor is okay, being slightly fruity, slightly sweet. It reminded me of old-time baby aspirin, which isn't a bad thing. This is a bit pricey, but if it helps me it will be very much worth it.
