Thank God for youtube...
When I first got the instrument it seems that the valves were out of sequence (I could not blow through the horn) and a little sticky. Being a novice, I was ready to stick it back in the box and return it. After I watched a few videos on YouTube, I figured out that if I resequenced them it may help. That plus a little valve grease now I have a working horn. I think most of the problems you have with buying online has to do with quality control when these products leave the manufacturer. Most of us are buying an instrument for the first time so we have no idea what to look for and how to troubleshoot.

2nd time purchasing - Broke the 1st one.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The first trumpet we purchased worked great for 1.5 years until my son dropped it. The mouthpiece got stuck and when trying to take it out the welds holding the tubing failed. I would say this is partly user error and less that perfect workmanship. Since my son love playing trumpet I gave him the option of buying whatever he wanted including a Yamaha, but he chose the same one, because it played fine for him and he didn't want the stress of managing something really expensive. We even took him to the local music store to try some options. He noticed the valves were more solid and that the name brand were heavier and more solid. To me this trumpet sounds a little "Plastic-y" meaning its missing some of the richness and sharpness of the name brands instruments.

Piece of Junk!!
Valves were continuously stuck and sliding tuner was often stuck. I constantly had to grease the valves and slide. I had this trumpet for about three and a half months and the second valve got stuck like it was gorilla-glued. The insides of the trumpet corroded very quickly, which is what caused the valves to stick. I took it to a music store and they said it would be best to purchase a new one. I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend this model to anyone. It's a cheap model, but it's not worth purchasing. It's worth purchasing a trumpet that costs more but will be in proper order for years.

Not band quality even for schools.
This is a pretty trumpet but it is not band or even tutor approved. We have given this over a month (my mistake) to have it "broken in". Both my son's band teacher at school and his trumpet tutor have said that it is off tune. They both have over 20 years of experience but giving the instrument the benefit of the doubt, they waited and finally tested the instrument with an electric tuner. The sound is tingy and hallow. The band teacher and the trumpet tutor both told my son it was not allowed to be used for practice or concerts. I'm out alot of money on this one!

Glory makes good instruments
This is the second instrument I've bought from Glory, the first being an alto saxophone, and both instruments are amazing for such a low price. Some have complained about the key return, saying that they get stuck a lot, but on the one I received the key return is great, they all travel smoothly and none of them have gotten stuck once. The slides are a different story, one travels fine but the other gets stuck often and needs to be forced. My main complaint would be that the sound quality isn't great, but unless you're a professional that isn't super important.

Love it💖
I love this trumpet it is amazing! It’s the prettiest trumpet I have ever seen. Along with being beautiful it plays phenomenally. The only thing that I struggled with was making the switch from my old trumpet to this trumpet. Re-adapting the way I play to better fit this trumpet only took five minutes witch was good. I highly recommend this trumpet to anyone who is interested in playing the trumpet. I have played the trumpet for three years and I had a expensive name brand trumpet but when I switched to this one it played better then my old one and it looks better.

2 Valves were STUCK and USELESS. 2nd trumpet was better
Bought this trumpet for lessons for my son. The valves are STICKY. You need to have oil and place correctly or valve won't move...at all. The first trumpet they sent us, 2 Valves were STUCK and USELESS. 2nd trumpet was better, but still needs lots of oil to move correctly. The sound however is awesome! I have played the trumpet for 37 years and this has a good sound to it for kids to play in band. Good luck, make sure you have one that works properly. We've had ours for 30 days and consider it ok, not great and not good, but ok enough to own for band.

2 valve came stuck right outta box
Suspect its used though I chose "new". Has a meh kinda ripstop nylon vase with molded cardboard n fake velvet over that, 2 straps, tiny white gloves, a cleaning cloth. No valve oil. Trumpet arrived with the #2 valve stuck...mouthpiece nor trumpet in any kind of protective bag inside for shippung purposes. Its been a while since I played trumpet i wasn't looking to get an expensive one again a knock around like this would be fine for a refresher. So after washing mouthpiece(since I suspect used trumpet) its a crap mouth piece. Trumpet has clear bell tone notes and is actually tuned fairly well...I naturally play open G as my look no valves note...which I did after using my trusty walmart easy cut2000 to pop the stuck valve up. Is this a concert trumpet...not by a long shot...is it a okay knock around for adults or kids to have as a "toy" sure.
