Description
Are you ready for a next-level orchestral performance? History was made in 1955 when Vincent Bach brought six C trumpets to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Hand-selected by members of CSO, four of these trumpets are still in use today. Based on those same designs, the C180SL229CC “Chicago” C Trumpet is highly recommended to professional musicians. The C180 series trumpets are the bestselling professional orchestral trumpets today. This trumpet produces a rich tone and a wide dynamic range with the .462” large bore design. The trumpet bell is a lightweight 229 one-piece, hand-hammered professional bell featuring a flat French rim. This design caters to a quick response and excellent projection while maintaining the player’s tone. This trumpet features a more effortless tuning adjustment with the 1st valve thumb ring, improved resonance with a narrow bell design, and controlled brilliance with the silver-plated finish.
