Cats absolutely love it. So sturdy for being so tall. They play on it all day. Buckets are great for big cats. Sometimes even 2 will be in the same bucket. Not too hard to setup took maybe an hour and a half.

Cat tree took about 30 minutes for two people to put together; one person could assemble, didn’t have to juggle or try balancing any of the parts. It came with extra screws and an allen wrench, the interior of each post was pre-threaded, so didn’t need to use a lot of muscle to connect each part. Instruction book was easy to follow and everything was labeled. One page is dedicated to the various screws & bolts actual size that come with the tree, so you can hold the bolt next to the page to ensure that you have the correct one for whichever step you’re on. Our kitty is 18lbs, the tree doesn’t rock when he jumps up or down, and that’s without using the floor anchors or wall strap. If your cat uses their claws to pull themselves up, I would recommend using the floor brackets or wall strap; either that or could place some weights on the base if you don’t want to damage your floor - honestly depends how enthusiastically they approach the tree. The baskets on each side are used more for his toy storage than curling up in based on his size - the baskets will hold him, he simply prefers the higher perch. The material is extremely soft, like a microfiber blanket and what I would consider high quality…he was laying on the board while the rest of the tree was being put together. For perspective, the cat tree is next to our computer desk and sliding glass door. The measurements are as advertised. Our little guy has three legs and can comfortably reach any perch. If you have a Maine Coon, front platform is narrow, but seems to be designed as a step to the higher platforms. The rectangular scratching surfaces by the base of the tree are plastic, designed for those that seek out and destroy anything plastic; so far no visible damage. The sisal rope wrapped around the cylinders appears to be sturdy, he uses it daily and I figure will rewrap the rope on his favorite post once it gets frayed. Sisal is similar to twine in texture, very coarse and inexpensive, so it’ll be easy to replace any damaged sisal on the tree from wear & tear.

It looks great in my living room. For me this is saying something. Definitely met the description in size and sturdiness when tethered to a solid wall. Assembly was very easy compared to others I have encountered, (no wood pegs actual screws) I was very impressed with the quality for the price. Our cat weighs in at a very solid 14 pounds and the surface is large, soft, and cozy for her to nap she loves the different levels.

It was bigger than expected, which was a fantastic surprise. I have larger cats and they fit with ease. Easy to put together. They love the scratchers and the little toys. I’ve only had it a few weeks but it seems to be good quality and durable. No missing parts and the instructions were ok to follow.

I buy a lot of cat trees. This cat tree is sturdy, nice looking and does not overpower the room. My cats are enjoying there new tree. The only thing I would suggest is the lower poles should be scratching poles not felt. I may have to buy some scrachting twine and do this myself.

Cat tree does tip, very unstable especially when my cat used it. took about a hour for one person to put up. Otherwise easy to assemble, no missing parts, the fur on the whole tree is not the best adhered, however the scratching posts seem to be well made, when my cat tried them out. Two things that will lead me to returning the product however. One, the cat tree sticks out a lot, and two the space between the various steps of the tree are two high for my (chubby, 8 year) cat, the steps also barely fit her on it, and made it difficult for her to jump on the tower without assistance even more so getting off. One plus is that the condos are very spacious as is the second to last landing, which she fit comfortably on. The last drawback is the hanging baskets, I knew when purchasing that the chance my cat would use them would be slim, but I was even more disappointed at her obvious dislike. This along with all of my other reasons, is why I will be returning this product. Overall, this product is of decent quality, just maybe not for old-ish cat, or maybe just my cat.
