I have fair/olive acneic skin and ive spent a good amount of time perfecting the art of covering up a blemish(or 2) and im also a makeup nerd so there are few brands i havent tried. I could say that ive looked forever for the perfect coverage and blah blah blah but honestly i havent. I buy makeup because i like it, from all the major dept stores n all. I only tried this after my facialist put the pressed poweder on my skin after a acne glycolic peel and i liked the silky feel of it. After that i remembered my hairstylist used and had used it on me for my wedding day so i thought why not give it a try. I remember my hairstylist saying they use it on burn patients and it heals your skin. Being that i was already deep into the sea of foundations aiming at improving your skin i didnt really pay attention to the rave comments about this product but as of now i regret not paying attention. I have been using this the past 2 weeks and its VERY easy to apply and completely melts into your skin while providing great coverage and silkiness in the application is like no other, its like buttah! ;) I can apply it VERY VERY FAST and it still blendes flawlessly! It hasnt cleared up my acne completely but i put it on a budding blemish (to cover like everyone else) and ive noticed unlike most makeup it doesnt irritate the blemish. So long story short this stuff is awwwweeesome. Even on acneic skin like mine, Am i saying that i will never try another make up as long as i live, die hard go minerals por vida?! No, but if any brand would have me thinking about it then it would be glominerals and im def not seeing myself buying another brand any time soon. ... show more

I like this cover-up very much but I should’ve gotten a darker color. It’s too light for my skin. I have kind of a little bit Asher skin being that I’m Italian. I think my skin is darker than I realize.

    • Great coverage with minimal creasing!

I LOVE this stuff! I have bounced back and forth for a while between "clean" makeups but always end up disappointed and go back to my trusty and less healthy chanel as the natural makeups always end up a goopy, creased mess all over my face. When I saw that this was oil free I decided to give it a try. I will say it doesn't work quite as well as chanel but it's a close second. The most important thing is that it's highly pigmented. Most other "natural" brands I have to layer on and therefore end up with oily skin and makeup that sits on top of my skin and creases. I have been using this as a foundation as well. I just tap a flat foundation brush on it and gently blend across my face, the pigment gives amazing coverage that looks natural due to how little product is actually on my skin. Covers acne and scars/uneven tone very well. I have very fair skin. The shade is perfect for covering my dark under eye circles but I have to be careful and blend well if I am covering blemishes on my jawline where my skin is fairer as the shade is a little darker than the skin on my neck. If you have very fair skin this may be too dark, I currently have a tan so it's fine but I think that will change in the winter. ... show more

I LOVE the Glo Minerals camoflague! I've used it my whole life- great coverage and doesn't clog your pores. However, I gave a lower score because they often ship me the wrong product (the under-eye concealer), which is annoying!
