I love this cute little tree. It is a lot better than I expected. Here are a few tips to improve your setup experience. This tree contains 3 segments. Each segment has the pole with the branches permanantly affixed to the pole. The top opening of segment 1 {Bottom} has a cap in the opening. The bottom opening of segment 2 {middle} has a cap in the lower opening. THESE CAPS ARE NOT MENTIONED IN THE ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS BUT YOU MUST REMOVE THE CAPS TO CONNECT BOTTOM TO MIDDLE. I have included a pic of cap. I found it easier to straighten and fan out the branches and tips of bottom segment prior to putting middle segment on. And so forth with next segment. If you take the time to fluff out every branch and its tips you will have a very full tree without bare spots. It will take about an hour so be patient. Some reviews mentioned an odor. I didn't notice an odor but I did cough a bit when assembling tree but I have asthma so I used a mask. The included gloves were definitely a plus..2 pair. I considered the assembly easy and for reference I am a small built, short female. The tree pic is with added lights before decorating.

It's a pretty tree once it's all said and done. No foot pedal for on and off, no instructions on which piece is the bottom or middle; flocking is messy when trying to fluff... Ordered 2 of these trees. One of the stands has uneven feet and it wobbles. You have to connect the power cord to each individual section of the tree, AND it has to be the correct one otherwise the section doesn't light up...like, in this day and age and with all that technology, why are we still here struggling with connecting cords? The flocking is uneven in parts of the trees. I noticed they flocked the underside of a lot of the tips and not the tops...poor quality control. Overall, do I like them? Yes. Will I enjoy setting them up year after year? Probably not. And would I buy them again? No, definitely not!

After being stuck on 'item picked up by carrier' for about 10 days, it was actually delivered...apparently. The proof of delivery was to an city two states away.....so I contacted Glitzhome Customer service. They were very helpful, offering to resend or refund. My wife needed to have some decorating done for a family event so we ended up finding a substitute locally and asked for a refund - which was processed really quickly. While I'd rather post an awesome review about their product, I'm glad I can post an great review of their timely and effective customer service.

This 7.5 glitzhome flocked tree is so calming and beautiful that I don't want to pack it up. I took the ornaments off and left just clear and frosted plastic icicles and it feels like I'm outside on that first peaceful guiet evening snowfall!

This tree is as advertised and looks really beautiful decorated. However, it stinks! It has a very strong metallic odor that hasn't dissipated since I took it out of the box the day after Thanksgiving. Take my advice: let this sit in your garage or outside (weather permitting) to get some of the smell off of it before bringing it in to decorate.
