Better than expected. Flocking is very well done & does not fall off the tree - it stays put! Easy to assemble and the lighting has a warm glow rather than the too bright, blue white lights many trees use.

I would just say it’s ok for the price. But ours leans at the top tier and it could definitely use more lights. It’s not as thick and full as I’d prefer but luckily Al of that can be corrected with decor. We will keep it just to prevent dealing with the hassle of returning, but if it was a smaller item I think I’d be placing it back in the mail. I probably wouldn’t recommend it. There are many trees out there for half the price that look better and have more lights. ... show more

I was really excited about this beautiful, heavily flocked tree.. I ordered it in August. When we began to assemble it there were "no instructions" on the particular parts of which tier was to be placed 1st.. after assembling the 11ft tree, I noticed that one section was narrower so had to take the tiers apart and reassemble. That was no big deal. The third tier from the bottom was missing two large branches... There is a huge hole in the middle of the tree. Also, two of the branches drooped so bad that I had to tie them to the upper branches with floral wire. The lights are not dispersed evenly throughout the tree.. Very few lights on the inside of the tree. It is not heavily flocked... Some of the branches have no flocking at all. I would not recommend this brand of tree! Very disappointed!! ... show more

Love the tree. That is a 10ft ladder in the picture to give you a reference for height and width. Very full for a slim tree. I wish it had quick connections for lights and maybe a remote. But other than that I love it. Very pretty with sturdy branches for my heavy ornaments.

It arrived fast and was fairly easy to assemble. We couldn’t find the letters so we had a little trouble figuring out which section goes first, but we managed just fine.
