For my first time making tshirts in bulk, i wanted to try vinyl on a roll versus a sheet. This brand had very good reviews, despite it being generally lower in price point compared to other brands on Amazon. I bought 3 out of the 4 colors i needed from this brand - glitter black, glitter red, and glitter green. The only one they didn't have available was a glitter white. Every color from this brand was SO EASY to use. All of them cut easily, weeded like a dream and transferred with no problems. It says cool peel, but even when peeled warm, I had no issues. I pressed at 392 degrees for 15 seconds and these colors held up after the first wash (I wish i could say the same about the more expensive brand I bought for the white glitter vinyl i needed!). The glitter vinyl feels thinner than other brands, but that made no difference in quality. I actually think the thinner vinyl melts more seamlessly into the fabric. Plus, i loved the fact that the glitter is embedded within the vinyl and doesn't get a mess of glitter all over everything. I just bough 4 more rolls of matte vinyl, and the results are the same! Thank for making such an affordable and quality product that is easy to use! I will be buying more in the future. Please add a glitter white vinyl! ... show more

    • Does it do the job? yeah... But there are some warnings to consider...
Color: Red
This smooth glitter vinyl is great if you're not a fan of the grittier glitter HTVs. Application is pretty straightforward. As long as you're applying it directly to the shirt material for the time, pressure, and heat recommended you're in good shape. DO NOT, however, layer with this vinyl. I mean even if you're putting it on top of a non-glitter HTV - don't do it. It will peel off in the first wash. DO NOT press this vinyl against another non glitter HTV when pressing (such as turning a shirt inside out and having it rest against another vinyl decal already applied to the shirt). The color will bleed from this glitter HTV and will ghost your decal on the opposite side. I'm not a novice at this. I consider myself a pretty savvy crafter. Like many of you, I've forgotten to mirror decals despite knowing for the millionth time that you mirror the decals. But in this instance, this HTV just ruined my project. Going forward, I'm going to have to cut any decals I make using this in a way that allows me to apply it directly to the shirt material and not layer it. Ultimately, I ended up abandoning this vinyl, but I'm keeping it on hand with a caution note. Because this stuff has wasted my time and money in corrections. ... show more

    • Good for large fonts and picture, hard to weed for smaller text

glitter vinyls in my option are hard to work with. I bought this on my search to find a perfect vinyl. they either don’t weed easily, or don’t iron on well. this vinyl is hard to weed, but it’s not the WORST at weeding. I used a little corn starch to make the lines more visible. I was working with really small text (the letting was going on a pair of ears I made). so maybe if you have large lettering for a t-shirt or sweatshirt this will work well. however, even though it is hard to weed it irons on very well. I had no problem using my iron for just a few second and then it stuck to my fabric. I was very happy with that. Overall, it’s not the best iron on ever in my opinion. but the best I have found so far. I would purchase again just because I know what to expect, but im hoping to eventually find one that is easy to weed, and irons on with ease. ... show more

This vinyl hunches and wrinkles and almost nothin you do will fix it. It drove me so crazy that even after all the work of tie dying, cutting the vinyl, weeding, heat pressing… it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. And this was supposed to be a work shirt, so I bought an Abercrombie white shirt for the tie dye. I haven’t had this problem with the plain black version - but really upset that this glitter version hav ruing numerous shirts because I trusted the brand and did a batch for my business. ... show more

So I’m usually extremely careful to choose items that have good reviews but this is a really good deal so I thought I’d give it a try - after all Amazon is very accommodating about returns. It arrived in a nice box, packed in bubble wrap. The colors look like in the pictures and the HTV is easy to weed and press. So far I’ve used the black and white and can only recommend it. I also like the weeding tool they put in the package, I didn’t expect it and thought it was a nice touch! I think I’m set for a while but it’s really nice to get a stock of all these glitter colors, I’m not a big fan of just single sheets and these colors will be perfect for Christmas and Hanukkah! ... show more

    • Not easy to weed and do not layer

I used this for the first time last night. I love the look of it. But I was using it in layers. It melted right off of the shirt. I was able to fix it. But I just need to know that I cannot layer, if I do, save it for last. I was using it for some lettering also and that did not weed well. I was surprised by this because it seems like it is pretty thin. I will use again for a non layered project to see how it goes. ... show more
