    • Very satisfied
Color: Walnut
The instructions were very detailed, which made assembly really easy. It’s absolutely beautiful and I love it! It’s even prettier and larger than it looks in the photos.

    • Your gf may still break your heart
Color: Walnut
Thing looks great, kind of a lot of pieces but, worth it, put it together for my girlfriend for our one month anniversary and she absolutely loved it. But she ended up still leaving me and ripping my heart out of my chest, that’s the reason for the deduction of one star. Other than that, pretty rad set up. ... show more

Not horrible quality. Expect a long period of time to put it together. Mirror is a little flimsy. Once complete it is beautiful tho

    • Cute, but doesn’t work
Color: Walnut
The light for the mirror stopped working immediately. Two wood panels arrived warped. I have a vanity with a non working mirror & a missing drawer. & I can’t return it because it took so long to build.

    • Beautiful vanity.
Color: Walnut
The walnut vanity is gorgeous. It is perfect for my new dressing room. Relatively easy to put together but had I known there were 85 pieces not including the hardware, I would have passed. The tall legs need to be better secured but other than that it’s a great purchase.

    • Damaged unit, broken promises, and zero accountability
Color: Walnut
I ordered the GruteUnit Glass Top Makeup Vanity with 3-Color LED Lighted Mirror & Power Strip, Large Vanity Table with 9 Drawers with high hopes, but what followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. The unit arrived on June 18th with **five damaged pieces**. I called Amazon that same day and was transferred multiple times before reaching a specialty service group — who told me they don't provide replacement parts and would instead send an entirely new vanity. They also told me I would *not* need to return the damaged unit. Based on that assurance, I began assembling what I had, working around the damaged pieces — a process that took nearly **10 hours** of my time. A week passed. No replacement arrived. I called Amazon again, and while they could see the entire conversation in their chat history, no one could explain why the agent had **never actually submitted a ticket** to send the replacement. The result? The vanity is now out of stock entirely, and I'm being told I need to return it for a refund. Here's the problem: I was explicitly told *not* to return it. I spent almost ten hours assembling it on that basis. When I explained this, the representative had the audacity to imply I should just disassemble it — as if that was a reasonable ask after all of this. I made it very clear that was not going to happen. At no point was there a genuine apology. At no point did anyone offer a partial refund or discount to compensate for the damaged unit I already assembled in good faith. Just a shrug and a return label. A new company cannot afford this kind of failure — broken product, broken promises, and broken customer service, all in one transaction. I will not be purchasing from Groot Unit again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before they do. ... show more
