They push well, and they remove layers of cuticle I hadn't realized were creeping in to wreck my polish. The warnings about breakage potential and using too much pressure/pushing too hard are fair--don't ignore them! I keep mine in the containers they came in. They're also easy to clean. These tools are very good for removing the skin that’s stuck to the nail. When we need to do a DIP or Gel Polish and we can't have a cuticle on our nails, it's very good! But if you have thick cuticles that need to be trimmed it won't help 100%

I honestly wish I'd known about these sooner. I'm very particular about my nails and am always pushing down my cuticles and making them look neat. These bad boys are a game changer! It is perfect for dry prep and gentle buffing of the nail plate. I don't ever want to go back to a metal cuticle pusher. I know there are some reviews that dislike the flat tip but I don't find that it hinders the performance.

Does a great job in pushing cuticles back & rough edges around nails. Does just what the description says. I used to use emory boards, tweezers & anything sharp enough, but this cool tool is better. Do be careful though it will break if you drop on the floor
