Got this in quickly, put it together, and it would not turn on. Tried different power cables and outlets nothing. A defective unit, no power. I have been trying to work with the seller to get a paid shipping label, and they are just stringing me along. My return is allowed and approved. I have until the 27th to drop it off, but I will have to pay shipping. The unit is defective, and they say in their listing they will provide a label for some situations well, this is one of them. They are pulling me along, replying with things like we will send you parts to fix it. NO I am not a repairman. Then, saying we will send you a new one (is a new one really less than a freaking shipping label?). NO, it's too late for that, I don't want their poorly made product. They are just trying to wait out the clock, thinking I will forget I only have until the 27th. Are they trying to be polite, sure, but just terrible replies, the unit doesn't work, supply a paid-for shipping label. They only reply once every 24 hrs. Do not buy this. Pay the extra for a better product so you don't get stuck in a nightmare like I am.

I’m just starting to learn how to play piano, and this has been a great choice so far. The keys are fully weighted, which makes it feel very similar to an acoustic piano and helps me practice with proper technique. The sound quality is nice, and everything has been easy to set up and use. For beginners like me, it’s a really good option without being overwhelming. I’m very happy with it so far and excited to keep learning!

For the price, it's not a bad piano for just learning to play or using it to add rhythms. Piano does not sound like a real piano. Other instruments do not sound like real instruments. Directions for putting together the base are really bad, but it's a simple enough assembly to figure out without the directions. Getting to the different sounds and rhythms is a bit cumbersome and would not be something you could switch while playing a tune. Key weight is ok, but it's not like a real piano. I can't tell that the sustain peddle does anything. I haven't tried the midi functions.

My child's teacher recommended this piano, and we love it! It was easy to assemble (took me 10 minutes). The instrument has really good quality, the keys are weighted and feel great. There are a lot of tones and accompaniments. We have a lot of fun to play. This piano is worth every penny - strongly recommended! Note: the bench was bought separately.

I have been playing the piano for 11 years (I’m 16) and am planning on continuing in throughout college and my career. I play an average of about 5 hours a day and was wanting a cheap piano with headphones that I could play late at night to not annoy my fellow household members. I wanted a piano decent for advanced payers, but found little reviews that helped me find my answer. My first honest opinion of this piano was, “Okay, Not absolutely dreadful.” I’ve played on many very nice and expensive pianos, and this one did not even come close in comparison to a genuine piano. However, the weighted keys and different features this piano held were appreciated. I think this would be a perfect and Ideal beginner piano. (Hence my 3 stars) Its affordable, has lots of fun tones great for kids, and looked really elegant while I had it set up. My younger sibling had lots of fun trying out the different settings on it, and absolutely loved recording themselves playing. I think this would be perfect for a family with a tight budget, young children, or just a beginner who wants to try it out. For me personally, this piano proves hard to play for very difficult pieces and I worry about it falling apart as I use it more often. I will be returning it, but just wanted to write a genuine review from someone with lots of piano experience so you will better understand what you’re getting yourself into. So if you are looking for a solid piano that would be good for someone with experience, don’t get it. I will save you the hassle and tell you my wonderful advice….. Do the grownup thing, work hard, save money, and go buy yourself a nice piano that will bring you more joy than this $300 one will. Jesus is coming anyways, so you might as well indulge yourself with a nicer piano. (Yamaha is not that overrated you guys, id get one of their pianos but I’m a broke teenager who spends all her time playing the piano, obviously) Or….just get this one.🤷♀️
