Typically I remove the frets immediately upon acquisition, however, I don't need to remove them at all. Easy to tune. Strings are great quality. The size is perfect. I can play publicly without issues as well as at home laying in bed. The weight is perfect for me and I can lift it one handed. The paint job was done excellently with quality paint. My son loves this guitar. As soon as he opened it, he never put it down. His teacher says that it is good quality. It was delivered with no issues. Sounds good solo or connected to an amp.

Liked that it was affordable, came with nice accessories and it’s roughly the side of a baritone ukulele. Liked that the strings were suitable and it didn’t take more than 10 minutes to adjust the string height and intonation to within 99% of pitch. Didn’t like the included gigbag but it fits nicely in a small guitar gigbag and didn’t need to change any parts. It almost fits in a regular backpack so you might want to experiment with other backpacks before buying another one. 😎🎸 ... show more

This is a great little short scale bass. I don't know how Glarry does it. This is the 3rd bass I've bought from them & the quality is amazing. I highly recommend this company. This is a fun mini P-bass that sounds pretty good. I do recommend changing at least the strings. I used D'Addario strings, which sounds much better than the stock strings. I might change them out for short scale flatwounds. I stained the neck to a darker color and wrapped the pickguard with carbon fiber vinyl. I plan on changing the tuners and bridge in the next few weeks. ... show more

The Last time I was hospitalized for Covid-19 and 5 other problems, I was healing a broken left shoulder. When I got home I discovered that I couldn't reach the tuners on my Full size P bass.
