The handle was already snapped off when I opened the envelope. A hand mirror needs a handle. Better packaging could have probably helped this situation, but I understand that it makes sense to put a thin item in an envelope rather than an entire box. Upon opening the glass portion, I found a warranty card with an email that you can send photos to. I will most likely try gluing the handle back on.
