I real like this purse. I got it in Coffee. After reading the reviews I wasn't surprised when the lining got caught in the zipper. To fix this I put heavy things in that pocket to weigh it down. Thus the lining was where it needed to be. Then I took a needle the thread and sewed a few stitches to the lining of the next pocket. You don’t need to be neat because no ever sees it. It takes me forever to find a purse I like without spending much and I took a chance on this. It's a little bigger than my last purse which is what I wanted and fits my needs well. Lots of space with 4 good-sized zippered compartments. Plenty of room for my phone, keys, wallet, and a ton of odds and ends. The strap is thicker than I'm used to but not hard to deal with. I love it! It is the perfect size. It isn’t to big , but big enough to hold all of my essentials. The strap is adjustable. I have it adjusted to the longest possible length so I can use it for a cross body purse.
