They are inexpensive. They hold up well but are not super heavy duty like the ones you can get from home depot. Only knocked off one star for this reason. It would have been two as i felt it was kinda thinner than expected but it held up well holding wood pieces. Minor tear or puncture on 2 out of 5 needing to double bag but still held up fairly well with all things considered so if day 4 stars is fair ... show more

These bags are not your average trash bags. They are big capacity trash bags that can hold clothes, and other things. Not sure about construction materials though. there is no scent to the bags and the pull tie is very easy to use.

These Glad Quick-Tie trash bags have become my go-to garbage bags for the kitchen. I've been through several boxes now and they consistently perform exceptionally well. The quick-tie drawstring closure is the standout feature. Instead of fumbling with traditional bag ties or trying to tie knots that never quite work, I just pull the red drawstring tabs and the bag closes securely in seconds. It's so much faster and cleaner, especially when dealing with heavy or messy loads. The closure stays tight and doesn't come undone during transport to the outdoor bin. Strength is impressive for 30-gallon bags. I regularly fill these to capacity with kitchen waste, food scraps, packaging, and they hold up without tearing or leaking. The plastic feels thick and durable - I haven't had a single tear or puncture even when dealing with sharp edges from cans or rigid packaging. No leaks, no messes on my floor.
