Color: light blue Size: 32 My height: 5'10" My weight: 175 lbs. Normal jean size: 33 These shorts are INCREDIBLE and EXACTLY what I wanted. Length from the supplier came as shown in the Amazon pictures with them rolled up and just above the knee. They're stitched that way. I immediately cut 2" off of them to get rig of that horrible roll and to make them the length I prefer. I purchased these specifically for leg day and to show off what little muscle I have on these thunder sticks! I have full range of motion with zero snag or hang up. I'll be purchasing more of these in different colors for sure! Quality- first impressions straight out of the packaging and first time use (used directly during my leg workout) is that this is absolutely one hell of a buy. I'm sure to get my money's worth for sure. Fit- slim. tight. stretch. flex. perfection. If you're a 34, you could still get away with these. That's how much stretch they have. Color- as shown in the Amazon photos. My lighting makes them look a bit gray in my photos but they are identical to the Amazon photos. Pockets- not deep. not shallow. pretty much perfect for my prefered depth.     • New Favorite Shorts! (With a little modification)

Definitely happy with this purchase! They fit, look, and feel great! The material is wonderfully stretchy making them super comfortable! The only minor issue I had was that the rolled cuffs at the bottom of the legs make them a bit tight around knees since they're folded up a few times. On the bright side though, there's only a couple small stitches on either side holding the cuff up, so its simple enough to pop them and roll the cuffs down for an extra couple inches of length which I actually really quite enjoy! And don't worry, the bottoms are still hemmed so there's absolutely no downside to uncuffing them, just be careful that you're cutting the correct stitches, but it should be easy enough! There'll be a few creases from where it was folded but nothing a single ironing couldn't take care of. Besides my small recommendation, the shorts are great! Very likely to buy more pairs in other styles. ... show more

These shorts are very comfortable and surprisingly stretchy. I'm 6'3" and 185 lbs, and I typically wear a 32-33 so I went with a 32 and they fit really well. The waist fits but there is a lot of stretch in the shorts so they could accommodate another couple inches, but they would be snug. I really like the length right above the knee and at first I thought they were too skinny because they really gripped my knee but I pulled them out slightly to loosen them and now they are perfect in length and width. I only have 2 minor complaints, one being that they get extremely hot and aren't very breathable. If I'm in the sun, my legs are cooking but I also got the "black" colorway (which is basically really really dark navy and exactly what I wanted) so I can't really blame the company. The other complaint is that there is a smell that kind of sticks with them that's a mix of department store new clothes and new tires. I've washed them once and it faded but it's still there, so hopefully it will fade with more wears and washes. Overall, great purchase and would consider buying another pair. ... show more

I'm in my mid 50s and am SO tired of loose fitting and low riding shorts that make me look like I'm in my mid 60s, so I took a chance on these...and I'm happy to report that they exceed my expectations! They look and feel great...some don't like the turned up cuff but I don't mind it. So, FYI - I typically wear a 33-34 waist (depending on manufacturer) and tried the 34 size first in the light blue jean shorts. They fit perfect on first try but as the day wore on, they stretched out a bit more and I found myself hiking them up a lot. Returned that pair for the 32 waist and THOSE absolutely fit perfectly...yes, they were a tad tighter but not obscenely so, and remember, these shorts are DESIGNED to stretch. Loved the light blue denim shorts in 32 waist so much that I also bought the dark blue denim and the beige plaid as well. Also going to go for black at some point. HIGHLY recommended! ... show more

Nice shorts. Look good in them. Fit as expected. I’d give them a 4 or 5, but THE SMELL!!!! I’ve washed them 4 times, and that acid wash/dye smell, ONLY ON THE BLACK ones, will just not go away! I’ve even hung them outside on the clothes line during a week of heavy rains, and that smell is still there! I’ve tried soaking in vinegar and baking soda too! I can’t wash them together with my regular laundry, because the smell transfers to them too! I don’t have this problem with the blue jeans version, it’s just the black for some reason. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it? The only thing I’ve not tried is taking them to the dry cleaners. ... show more
